Playing their game with pricing, and going back to the "sales manager" for a "better" price. Just tell me the cost already! Gordon Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a list of 12+ pricing options. Purchase and leasing. As it turned out, their pricing was better than the other dealers I had been to. The best part about my buying experience were the sales people. Rachel K and Dave F. They actually made the buying process enjoyable. I drove from Milford to Garden City for my purchase. Knowing there are multiple dealerships in between. Rachel made the experience worth the trip. If shopping for a car, I would recommend giving Gordon Chevrolet an opportunity to impress.

However, This time is the last straw for me due to them messing up my blower motor while checking on my cabin filter. I confronted them and they tried to say it was the filter and make me pay 50 dollars to replace it before they can fix the problem they caused. I will NOT be taking my vehicle there ever again for any maintenance whatsoever. This place will try to scam you big time!

One time the service department found that all of the wires on the vehicle were jumbled together and duct taped!! That cost me $600!!!! The 2nd time I got charged $1800 because they thought it was the catalyst converter. However, the engine light keeps coming on. And in addition to that now the traction and ABS lights are coming on! I have less than 100K miles on it so all of this shouldn't be occurring. Stay away from this auto sales place because they do not sell quality cars! Also brought it in for hood latch replacement. Charged $83.65 on 1 page for part, then 127.82 on summary page. Labor 345.99 for a 30 minute job I could have done myself but the "diagnosis fee" 285.00 if I didn't have the work done there. Add on 3% for using a credit card to pay. 59.00 shop charge?? Total bill was 612.83 for The Works oil change and a hood latch. They have lost a loyal customer.

Dropped off the truck at 2:50pm, they said they would text when it was ready. Never got a text so I headed back up there at 5:30pm because they close at 6pm. My truck was still sitting in the service bay untouched. They did not even have the paperwork that I signed when I dropped it off and had no idea whose truck that was sitting in the service bay. I left work early to get the service done and actually had an appointment that I made last week. Best part is that it is 24 hours later and no one called to even check in about their lousy service department and team. I will never deal with Todd Wenzel again!
