She never was apologetic or offered a discount for any of the inconveniences. Todays' fiasco ended in a heated argument and a declaration that I will never be back. Perhaps others are experiencing better service, I don't know. But I know that what I've experienced has been atrocious. they don't seem to demonstrate appreciation for loyal customers, nor do they practice common sense customer service.
