My fiancé and I jokingly say that this laundromat is a lot like Whose Line Is It Anyways: where the driers don't work and the points don't matter! Stay away for now. I'd say 65% of the driers in the facility are currently broken and not running and a handful of the washers are broken as well. This makes the wait time for a machine extremely long, especially during the busy after work hours. Also, they offer this promotion where if you earn up to a certain number of "points" you get $8 of cash back. We have been coming here for 5 years every two weeks and have NEVER hit that threshold. I've come to the Wash N Web a few times and found it by accident. It is a newly renovated laundry with newer machines and lots of amenities. They also do dry cleaning. A card is required and can be purchased for $1. They have a bill changing machine which is nice, a $20 or $10 for $5s. The small washers are 3.74, the regular dryers are 0.24 for 8 minutes. They have flat screen TVs hung, all on mute. There is a room in the back for kids, with games and TV, as well as free wireless access (what I'm using to write this!). They have computers in the front that you can pay to use. The place has been well staffed every time I've come. I've not come on a weekend day, I'd bet it would be pretty busy. Its in between ACE Hardware, the social security office, Brookline bank and super 88. I've seen mostly families here, but sometimes the singletons, too. I've felt safe in and out of the facility. Sign on the door says Mon - Sat 7AM to 10PM, Sun 7AM to 10PM. PROS: Clean Safe Parking lot access in front and back Free Wifi Relatively reasonable prices Bill changing machine Clean bathrooms CONS: Need to use a card (so if you don't plan to return don't add much to it) Have seen the occasional off balance machine or loud dryer, but they still worked fine. Edit 5/19: I forgot to mention they don't have a button for automatic doors. This means if you have limited mobility (or don't want to wrangle doors while carrying laundry) you are out of luck. So, I read a few reviews on this place before deciding to go here. My laundry was piling up horribly and I was pretty desperate. The reviews were mostly of the staff, which I had no complaint with. Yes, English is not their first language. I don't care. Why? Because they washed and folded everything super nicely, were really nice to me and even HUNG some of my dresses that I don't even hang. They put all of your information on a handy dandy card so you just have to show that and they'll find your order quickly. They offered for me to pick it up same day. I wanted to spend the night doing other things, so I picked them up the next evening. Quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced ($0.89/lb). Also superbly convenient with the T stop about a block away. My only issue was that I brought in 34 pounds... and had to figure out how to get it home without a car -.- Thankfully the bus stop is close by! Update: I've been going here for a few months now. They're always sweet, only once a few items were misplaced but we found them when I came back--they were hung and not labeled properly so when I picked up, they didn't come with me. But you know what? Everyone makes mistakes and this was easily and quickly fixed. This place is convenient and affordable and my stuff always smells so wonderful and is folded so nicely afterwards. Very Affordable, Clean, Modern, Friendly staff, and feels Safe. To use any washer or dryer, you have to use a Wash n Web Laundromat card. It's only $1.00 for a new card and you can reload it at any time. The machine accepts cash and credit cards. You can add money to the card for however much you want. If you use Cash, the machine will credit you an extra $1.00 towards your wash/dry. Its definitely better than lugging around heavy quarters in your pockets while you're doing laundry. $6.20 - Small size washer $8.10 - Mid size washer $10.00 - Large size washer (Commercial washers made by Electrolux. Takes 28 minutes to wash. Very clean, easy twist door knob, and washes very well. Although if you're short like me at 5'2", you may need to find a step stool lying around to reach the top to pour your detergent and fabric softeners into the top of the dispenser. I'm not a fan of any laundromats, but this one is very nice and the staff are helpful. Everything (including chairs, tables, washers, dryers) seems to have been recently updated and its a pleasant place to be. Super 88 is also right next door which is nice. Plenty of parking too. read more

It's a laundromat. There's WiFi, a vending machine and chairs/tables. It's fairly clean and in a convenient area in regards to parking. I usually park in the back to make life easier. Do not go during peak 'rush hour' times if you get annoyed easily. I haven't been there when they open, but I'm assuming when they open and toward the end of the night are the best times to go. Last wash times are posted clearly on the door. Prices vary depending on size of washing machine, and free dry M-F. Can't complain too much about this place, again - it's a laundromat. Asian supermarket and dunkin donuts around the corner so you can spend you time while waiting for your clothes. what makes this place so great is the staff that works here. I would like to take the time out to recognize the hard workers, especially Carolina. she epitomizes customer service and is always looking out. she sets a great example for her colleagues. I hope that management really recognizes her for the hard work. let's face it the people who come here sometimes are courteous and sometimes not. these girls work these behinds off cleaning up after people ! this job isn't easy and coming to do laundry is dreadful. however, good staff and other perks make it so much for pleasant! definitely a returning customer! read more

I've been coming here for almost 3 years and I love it. Reliable, friendly, super affordable, one of the few places you can actually park in Malden, in a shopping center w/Super 88 and Dunkies and other coolness if you're waiting. Allili (sp?) is the best woman, and is so responsive and sweet with everyone. I only have had one complaint in 3 years about a minor issue with how they washed a comforter, and she immediately contacted me to fix it, explain how she would make sure it didn't happen again, and refunded me for the inconvenience. Boss-level classy. Usually if I take the time to write on Yelp (and it's been awhile) I have something sarcastic to say, but this place just gives me the warm&snugglies and wanted them to get the props they deserve. I used to love this laundromat, however for the past few months many of the dryers are out of order or not functioning properly. It has started to become very inconvenient as I've have found myself having to wait for a dryer to dry my clothes on multiple occasions. Due to allergic reactions (rashes) to fabric softener, I needed washers that were free and clear. I wasted $24 washing my clothes in what I mistakenly thought were clean washers. When I came back, I asked if there were any washers designated as free and clear. I was told that there weren't, but I could come in at 7:00am when they open and wash my clothes then. I was told that the washers would be cleaned. This was a LIE. THEY WERE NOT CLEAN. Every washer had detergent and fabric softener. I complained to the employees and they told me that it would be ok even though the washers were not clean. Obviously, this isn't true. They said I should go somewhere else. Then they said that I could pick some washers and they would clean them for me. I picked two washers. Then they picked up two jugs of mop cleaner and dumped a little into the washers. I checked and saw lots of fabric softener and detergent still there. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. read more

One staff doesn't welcome customer at all. I was there on Thursday at 8:10pm. The posted sign says that the last wash is 8:15pm. One lady was working there told me that I couldn't wash my close anymore. There would not be enough time. I understood that she might need to go home early. So I decided to just get change for coins so I can run to some friends house with machine. Again, the same lady said if I don't wash the clothes here, I cannot use the coin exchange machine.... Favorite laundry mat. You use a reloadable card, and every time you use it on a wash you get points for free drying. Many sizes of washers and fair prices. Lots of places to sit, some tables and outlets for laptops, near a dunkin donuts and super 88 to eat and wander around while waiting. read more

This plae has nice machines and a convenient card system instead of coins. However, I was just turned away at 7:17pm and was told that the last wash was 7:15. The hours are listed as open until 10 with another sign that says "last wash 8:15 daily" I think the staff just wanted to get out early. Perhaps I'll go back to use up the last of the $ on my card. This place is very clean and spacious. However, no matter what temperature you set your wash on (hot, warm, or cold), the water is cold. You can tell because you can feel it against the glass and because it sprays through the soap dispensers while the washers are filling. Cold water is fine for everyday stuff but not good for grease, stains, etc. I like to troubleshoot before complaining, so I tried different washers on different days. I also noted that there was hot water at the bathroom sink, so it seems like the system is either poorly designed or they are cheating people to save money on hot water. I e-mailed them to let them know and received no response. Their prices are not cheap (currently $4.10 for the smallest washer) and it's wrong to charge so much for a service that isn't being provided. read more

Heard about this place from a fellow boater and I'm hooked. I always go during the week and love the free dryers. Staff is friendly and helpful and the machines are always being wiped down. (I am amazed at how many people use dryer sheets and just throw them on the floor as if they're invisible!) I love this place! I feel as if every time I come in they are always cleaning. I love clean! They always have some type of deal going such as free dry thru certain days and what not. The atmosphere is excellent too as they have an arcade for kids and computers you can use. They might cost a tiny but more than the typical laundromat down the street from you, but considering how clean they keep it, and how fast the washers and dryers are it is more than worth it! I've gone to different Laundromats and by far this is a keeper. Very friendly staff and willing to help their customers. The only thing I've notice the times I've gone their in the afternoon, is that theirs only 1 staff member working and on my opinion due to the volume of customers their is in the afternoon, their should be 2 staff members at least. I have had a horrible experience here. I bring clothes to be folded and dried twice a month and they lost all my whites. ALL OF THEM. I came back the next day and they said someone would call me and they never did. I drop off more clothes and I picked them up and two expensive shirts are missing. Those two shirts alone are $300 and they are telling me the same thing they said last time. Customer service here is non existent and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more
