I've never had any issues with damage to my stuff. I had one time a wool sweater was shrank, but that's on me. I didn't mean to throw it in my bag to begin with, and I didn't ask for dry cleaning, just wash and fold, so just be aware of what you're throwing in there. Once when the machine in my building was down I decided to take a 30 second trip over here. With quarters in hand I was ready to sit down in a sweaty gross laundromat and daze myself while watching my clothes spin in circles. That was of course until I saw that they would do it for me for the low price of $1.10 / pound. My 25 LBS of clothing would take at least 3 loads and an entire day in my 1 weak ass machine. Now I can save all that time and have people do all of this for me once every 3 weeks for under 30 bucks and my stuff gets perfectly folded unlike the half retarded way my clothes come out when I do it myself. This is completely worth is to someone who values their time as much as I do. Now I can have that time to grocery shop, hit the gym, or down a bottle of Jameson and black out. Wooo!
