I look confused and looked at the bartender lady with her slick back braid, and told her I had asked for a large, do they not have large? She told me that if I ordered online this is the regular drink that comes with the order. I didn't order online, I called. She repeated three times. Happened today at 4:00ish. She was the only lady behind the bar, but her attitude alone makes me never want to come back again on top of the cold wings and cold fries I received as well, thankfully she got me a bigger cup, but made the same comment again. That is not how you treat someone who asked over the phone more than twice. Mind you I'm a new mom, just trying to find a minute to eat some food I enjoy, for rude service and cold food, can affect peoples day more than you think.

There was nothing on the app that indicated a Door Dash driver would be delivering my pizzas. What has happened to Pizza Hut? Poor customer service, and terrible service overall.
