I loved this place during my pregnancy of 2025, ate it four times a week. AMAZING 10/10 Today. I ordered a pick up order through the phone, asked SPECIFICALLY THREE times if they had large to-go drinks and I'd like a large drink to go. I got there, get my food, and get a very small to go pop. I look confused and looked at the bartender lady with her slick back braid, and told her I had asked for a large, do they not have large? She told me that if I ordered online this is the regular drink that comes with the order. I didn't order online, I called. She repeated three times. Happened today at 4:00ish. She was the only lady behind the bar, but her attitude alone makes me never want to come back again on top of the cold wings and cold fries I received as well, thankfully she got me a bigger cup, but made the same comment again. That is not how you treat someone who asked over the phone more than twice. Mind you I'm a new mom, just trying to find a minute to eat some food I enjoy, for rude service and cold food, can affect peoples day more than you think. read more

It's too bad this place has poor reviews because overall it was solid for me. Not a lot to choose from in town but this was available and there wasn't much of a wait and they're known for having a large menu with plenty to choose from. I had the wedge salad with blue cheese and overall it was fantastic! Under $15 as well. We also had fried green beans that were all so pretty darn good for the most part. Wings Etc will always have a special place in my heart as they were the first local establishment we explored in the summer of '20 on our whirlwind trip to determine relocating to Eaton..... Anyway, it's a fun sports bar atmosphere most of the time. Keep in mind it is a chain, and a BIG chain based out of Indiana. I didn't realize that at first, but the fact that calorie counts are printed on the menu should have clued me in. The decor is Ohio-centric as far as the teams. There's a good number of TV screens but I'd say it's not excessive as you see in some places. When it's not a big-game time, they have music from a Pandora or similar feed and once in a while it's been tuned to some ugly stuff or has been way too loud for dinnertime. But that's the exception. Service is generally good and attentive. I've found that sitting on the bar side is by far my preference, as we were unhappy with service on the other side more than once. It's a pretty big dining room and I think it could be easy for your table to be unintentionally overlooked. The beverage prices are outrageously high, including soft drinks. And they will charge for a little extra sauce on the side. Again, a corporate chain policy. As far as the food, I have to say the wings are not their high point but several of the "etc" are really good - particularly the 'diner style' double-patty burger. And the tater tots are killer, fries are above average too. The burger is huge, and with your two included sides you will definitely not leave hungry. The fish and chips dinner is also highly recommended - however if you are a purist, bring your own bottle of malt vinegar as they do not have it. (More than one waitress has said 'people are always asking for that' - well duh, maybe you should provide some then? Corporate strikes again.) Tried to eat at Wings Etc tonight. Party of five. Got seated, several employees looked at us. The bar tender just looked at us and walked away. Even customers that were eating looked at us and shrugged in sympathy for us. However, no one attempted to speak with us until we decided to leave after 15 minutes. Ok choice if you're in the area; it's on par with a Roosters, Frickers, or even semi BW3-ish, but I think it was sort of over-priced. Quick, friendly service, reasonably well done wings/bar food, no complaints. I imagine it might get pretty crowded here on busy game days, but we had the place pretty much to ourselves on a recent late Sunday afternoon/early evening, post-football/pre-baseball. With an appetizer, two orders of wings, and a couple of drafts, not sure how our order inched up to nearly $50.00, but that it did. I'm guessing there might be some better value/s during happy hour...?? Ate here a few days ago, my family and I got extremely sick. Woke up in the middle of the night and started throwing up. I still can't hold anything else down. We live in Florida but are in town visiting family this week. My niece recommended Wings Etc so we decided to check it out. There were 7 of us our first visit. My hubby decided to do the wing challenge and I'm proud to report that he killed it He got his free tshirt and picture taken. Several people in our party had the boneless wings and loved them. If I had to give any critique at all it'd be that they may have been a little heavily sauced, but delicious. My youngest niece had the mini corn dogs and asked for a second order! I got the chicken Philly and it was awesome, that bread Oh, we also started with the fried pickles. They had a little kick to them and were yummy! Two days later my Mom and I went back and both get the chicken Philly. Our server was Dalton, and he absolutely made our day! I've managed and worked in restaurants my entire adult life, and he's one of the greatest servers I've had! To top it off he ran my Mom's forgotten cell phone out to us in the rain! Today I was in the area and ordered lunch to go, and again it was great! I'm headed back to Florida this weekend, but I'll definitely be back when I'm in town! Just wanted to also give them a shout out for saving Dixie's after prom. The restaurant that they had hired to cater it was a no show. My boyfriend ordered, him and I, a salad and wings to have at work. I ordered a Big Chicken Salad. My salad came with 3 bacon strips, not chopped or cut, just 3 pieces of bacon. Was supposed to have cheese, came with no cheese on it and my lettuce was turned. My co-workers have ordered wings from here before, and they always complain as well. read more

The positives. A very large menu. Lots of choices. The negatives. Overpriced and the food itself is mediocre. The draft beer prices are ridiculous as well. Sam Adams draft shouldn't be $7.50 a glass. You might as well go to a Reds game or kings island and pay that. I asked they said they put the two serving in one big container. I said ok, but then I still need one more, I should have 3 because I bought an extra one. (I've ordered it many times and they always do the big ones. But I was done with it. So I said ok.) They said ok. I'll go get one. Came back with a very small container of it. Came to this restaurant while visiting my gf's family in Eaton, OH. I love wings and this place had good reviews. We decided to come for lunch and I had the hot buffalo wings. The wings were crispy and delicious and were washed down with a couple of cold beers (perfect combo). They offer many different wing sauces to choose from. Good place to watch a game and have a few drinks. Eaton is a small town with not much to do, but they are definitely doing the wings right at this spot. Totally recommend it. read more

The boneless wings are Tyson frozen nuggets that were microwaved and then sauce poured unevenly over them. It took over 15 minutes to take and get our drinks and then after an hour sitting there still no food. After finally tracking down our waitress that lost herself, we said we needed to pay for our sodas (2) and leave and she said our food was almost done and they could make it to go for us (we didn't ask). I frequent Wings Etc pretty often -- once every 1-2 weeks. Honestly, their boneless wings are probably the worst thing on their menu. They're not bad by any means, but the other menu items are just so much better. Buffalo chicken wrap and tacos, burgers, tenderloin sandwich, quesadillas, and pulled pork are amazing. Wings are larger than average if you get the traditional. By far the best blue cheese dressing I've used. My wife enjoys many of the sandwiches and wraps and the deep fried pickles are great! Unless you like a loud bar atmosphere I'd recommend only ordering take out in the evenings and late weekends. Not someplace I'd take the whole family because of that atmosphere but it's good for take out. No complaints on the food and the few times I've dined in has been decent. No real issues.
