I ordered my pizza on the app around 4pm. I scheduled for it to be delivered at 5:15pm. 5:45 rolls around and still no pizza. I called and was connected to our local store, only to be disconnected. I called again and the representative acted like he was high, and had no clue what was going on. He transferred me to the store again and they finally answered. The guy that answered at the store informed me that they have no drivers and that they were waiting for Door Dash. There was nothing on the app that indicated a Door Dash driver would be delivering my pizzas. What has happened to Pizza Hut? Poor customer service, and terrible service overall. After the third time of waiting more than 90 mins for delivery, I decided to try again. Ordered and again 90 mins passed when I decided to go outside to see if the driver was in the area. They left my pizza on my porch. No knock nothing. I didn't order contactless and even if I had they still MUST KNOCK to notify you your food is sitting outside in the cold. I'm upset because my food is beyond cold. I call and ask for a refund being assured I would receive one, I did not so I called back to ask what the issue could be, I gave the name I was told to use and they instantly hung up on me. 3/4 times the pizza is amazing. In Brookville, this is our go-to pizza place. More often than not, the food is prepared well and delivered on time. Their prices are pretty good, too. My biggest complaint is the lack of consistency. One night, the pizza will be loaded with toppings, hot and delicious. We'll order the exact same pizza a week later and it'll be missing things, barely warm, or just generally sub-par. Again, though, on average, we've found it's your best bet for good pizza in the area. read more

i ordered a large New Yorker, fries, and boneless garlic Parmesan wings. It went out for delivery faster than expected, but was out for delivery for OVER an hour. i live a 5 minute drive from the store, and my food arrived cold, soggy, overly salty, and the without the full correct order. I received mozzarella sticks instead of fries, and everything tasted overly salty/soggy and overall a really bad experience. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. read more

Rude, obnoxious and a complete dick. That's how I'd describe my latest interaction with the A-hole that answered the phone. Some people just beg for you to come all the way to their establishment, just to ruin their day. Needless to say, after having pizza delivered to my door on a regular basis for the last 5 years, suddenly this cock goblin refuses to do so, simply because I live on the west side of the road and THEY are catching on (no idea who THEY are or who really polices such matters). DESPITE the fact that I am still in Brookville and DESPITE the fact that they can deliver to my neighbors house just down the street (also on the west side of the road AND further from their location than I am). In addition he refuses to deliver to me even if I'm at my neighbors house now which IS on the correct side of the road simply because he wants to be a dick. I refuse to do business with this store now. I recommend that people avoid it as well as the food quality has been slowly degenerating and the service is awful and petty. Not a problem though. Good pizza for Pizza Hut.... great service always whether for a party or quick lunch. They even answer allergy questions easy and quickly.

Cold pizza and very little flavor. They have got our order wrong the last two times we ordered carryout.

When they first put pizza hut here we were excited that a good pizza business was moving here. Well chance after chance we decided to no longer order from pizza hut. The pizza is always burnt or there is barley no sauce on the pizza. Sadly we decided we would not order from this pizza hut again. Hopefully Brookville will have better pizza places in the future like papa johns or something. Notes: There is no dine in area. It's carry out only. They do have some chairs while you wait for your pizza to be ready. The one good thing about this place is that the staff seems really nice . You will get better deals online when you order they have more coupons/offers online then they do if you order it over the phone. read more

When I first moved to Brookville a year and a half ago this Pizza Hut was awful. I went in to pick up my pizza one night there were probably 6 people there "working," 5 high school kids screwing around and one pregnant woman busting her ass, I felt bad for her but was so disappointed I didn't go back for almost a year. Since they came out with the new menu I decided to give them another chance...I've ordered from here 3 times in the past two months and the food has been really good! Hopefully they keep it up! I gave 3 stars because of my start with them, my food and service lately has been 4 stars! read more
