As soon as I began walking up I was greeted by Andrew who was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me around. They had a great selection of all kinds and sizes of trees. I had shopped other places and was never even approached by anyone. I chose a 15 gallon Shumard Oak that was very healthy and caught a great sale! It was much healthier than larger trees at other places so felt I got a great value along with the great customer service. . She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. I also find that the nursery has a tremendous selection of items that me or any novice gardener would desire or need. As a Marine Sgt. Veteran, they also give me a discount on every purchase I make.
