I went to this practice last week for a second opinion and they have told me the consultation was free, office smelled like a hair salon with perm solution. Doctor just looked at my teeth and told me what could be done. Of course I didn't trust him, he was no different than the first dentist I've visit. At the check out, African American receptionist told me to hold on, she went and talk to the dentist in the hall way, and came back and said I owe them $91. For what? For looking in my mouth.... No ex rays, nothing, no measuring my gums or anything. Plus, this is supposed to be free. I've told her that its supposed to be free.. She shook her head with big gold earrings and colorful two inch long nails, said " what? So said that?" Looked at other receptionist with blaming eyes, and they all shook their heads as " we didn't say it" then she said " you are free to go" hahaha free to go????? Really, well thank you. Dr. Jose is by far the most professional dentist I have had the pleasure to have dental work performed by. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and the dental assistants very knowledgeable.The office is bright, CLEAN and cheery. Laughs are shared every visit and I love the personal way Dr. Jose treats me as a patient and consumer. I enjoy the comradely he has with his brothers; they each stand on their own merits for their specialties in dentistry and I have referred each for their superior abilities in their field. Took my husband here to get his dental work done and he had nothing but good things to say about this place. He had a crown put in and he said the dr was very gentle and made sure he was okay every so often. I am a sucker for pain and i hate going to the dentist soI decided to give this place a try. SO far my experience is kinda weird...in a good way! Everyone is so nice and welcoming And I'm not used to that lol. I had to take 4 xrays of something bite and it was not bad at all! Usually I'm super uncomfortable and in pain but time was almost pain free and super quick. Clean and check up was quick. Place was very clean. I was super impressed with this practice for professional whitening services as well as some other dental procedures I had performed. Dr Loza is so knowledgeable and personable. He did an amazing job on crowns for my front teeth which is no easy task. It was obvious that he truly cared that I left his office happy and satisfied with the function and appearance of my dental work. His assistant, Mary, anticipated all my needs when I couldn't "speak" for myself and made my procedures very comfortable. Just had my teeth cleaned at Leesburg Dental and what an amazing experience! Everyone is so nice and efficient workers. I have been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I had my teeth cleaned by Judy and she is one of the friendliest and funniest people I know. She makes a trip to the dentist actually fun! I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a dentist. It's great for kids as well. A wonderful dental office. Staff always greats you with a smile, is friendly and most critical THEY REALLY HELP. The office is clean and modern. The Doctors have great skills, very strong interpersonal skills and do what it takes to provide excellent service. This week we had an emergency that required another dental specialist- Dr Loza took our call early in the morning, called another specialist and got us an appointment at 8am. The other Dr showed up early , provided great service and as a result we were able to go on our planned vacation with our grand kids. it does not get any better than that. read more

First class dental service. Dr. Loza is a careful, gentle and skilled dentist. Office crew is phenomenally friendly and professional. All questions answered with care. Dental assistants are experienced and my well being is a priority to them offering me necessary care and advice. This is important to me as in the past with other care providers I have experienced quality dental care but with the unfortunate experience of uncaring, inept staff causing me to look elsewhere. Kind, gentle and helpful!!! I had waited quite a while to go back to the dentist. In doing that I ended up with a lot of issues. I honestly love this place!!!! Everyone is so friendly, professional and helpful! The doctors are friendly and speak both Spanish and English its great!!! The staff is quick to assist in any emergency. My coworker had a really bad tooth ache and I told her to go to them and they quickly took her in and helped her even though she wasn't a patient! Our family has been using Leesburg since we moved to Northern VA in 1998. Judy is my hygenist and she is amazing. Cleaning teeth is probably never fun (for the hygenist or the patient) but Judy always has a great attitude and sense of humor. I do not think the doctor has ever had to follow up on her work. Our hygienist, Judy, is very professional and very thorough. Dr. Luis Loza replaced an old crown (~30 yrs. old) for me. The process was about as painless and efficient as it could possibly get.
