There were two young ladies manning the counter and they were as friendly as could be. I picked up a zucchini nut bread for a neighbor, some cookies for another neighbor, the treats for Gizmo and nothing for me - since they were out of the carrot cake loaves. Nicole said those aren't regular items - she'll just make them when she has extra batter or sometimes they'll be part of a seasonal offering. Sad face. Lol. Also - on this visit, I did remember to ask about gluten-free and diabetic (sugar-free or low-sugar) offerings and they don't have any but they happily pointed out some of the lower-sugar items. The birthday cake I requested for my husband on May 2, 2026, was a 3- tier red velvet cream cheese cake with no red dye. I have ordered cookies from her many times and the design is always great and taste very good! She uses all natural ingredients, organic ingredients, and other dietary needs on request. She delivered my wedding cake on December 31st, 2025 and helped with set up. She has always been flexible with costs, payment plans, dates and times for pick up, etc. She is extremely polite and professional, and just all around an amazing person and Baker.
