They offer two pickup or delivery days, Monday and Thursday. The menu differs for both days so you don't find yourself eating three of the same chicken meals over the week. The food is absolutely delicious. I have two meals left to try, but I haven't had a single meal this week that wasn't lick the plate clean good. They also list calories, carbs, fats and protein on the container so you can track properly. You can pick up at their location or several locations island wide. They also order home delivery for a cost. If you're not home just leave an insulated bag with some ice and you'll come home to fresh tasty meals.

There is a code to get into the building, which they give you, and the waiting area is a good space nice cool and quiet. They offer services like facials, hair removal, etc. but they also are an internal medicine practice so you can come for normal PCP stuff. It's pretty great. I've left messages before and didn't get a call back. Lately I've just been walking in and the staff is friendly enough to try to fit me into the schedule, but it's not always guaranteed that I'll get the doctor I prefer. He appears to be young, but still smart, caring, and good bedside manner. Later we find out he is only at this location once a week. My toddler seems to like Dr. Layugan a lot as she resembles one of her aunties, and is easy to talk to regarding any of her medical conditions.
