I shopped around and landed on them because of how much they care! They are so knowledgeable about Myrtle Beach biking and were ready to talk shop and answer all my tourist questions. I first went with a mountain bike (which rode like it was brand new!) and then changed it out for an e-bike because I was feeling lazy. I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.

I had never bought a four wheeler ever in my life. Did not know what I was doing. The four wheeler has been awesome. My grandson has used it three or four times a week every week since loves it. The only shop I've been to where you literally have to check behind every step they do. And won't fix errors made by their staff for free. Save your time and money and go to a real powersports store that doesn't sell cheap, Chinese bikes. Or has owners who care about the quality of the work they do.
