Every blemish, spot, discoloration and spider vein I had before the two peels are still right here on my face. The office cancelled my third scheduled peel several times because they did not have a nurse to administer the laser. Two different nurses left this practice in the time of my appointments; it appeared to me that this office couldn't keep staff. It's very discouraging to have paid $1,125 for alot of aggravation and inconvenience.  I asked the office manager why Dr. Wasserman felt entitled to keep my money but received no answer.

Dr. Petit from Northeast Dermatology is one of the best surgeons I've had a chance to work with…read more Initial visit was quick and I left without any worries because he was just that thorough and helpful in making sure I understand what's going on and the ways ahead to take care of my health concerns. The follow up for the procedure I had with him was quick & painless. After check ins, the nurse prepped me mentally and physically for the procedure. She was very professional and kind, definitely the kind of nurses we want to engage with. Dr. Petit's execution of the surgery was less than 10 minutes and painless. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes or less; amazing! No issues with pain or problems post procedure; testament to Dr. Petit's skill. Only thing the office can do better is follow ups on what they say. I need to do a follow up ten days post surgery and I've called few times. Apparently nurses are the ones who schedule you to see the doctor and I've been told numerous times I would get a call back. Even after leaving voice mails, I never got a return call, so the support team there can do better in communication. She set up the appointment, with no mention whatsoever that I could not see the doctor for more than 1 item at a time. I don't live close, mind you, but this is the closest dermatologist to where I live, so worth it (I thought). Checked in and had to fill out a book of medical forms. (Took about 15-20 minutes altogether.) Called in to the examination room and was informed by the assistant that the doctor can only see me for 1 item at a time and that I had to choose which one of the 2 items I wanted to discuss. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The initial paperwork that patients must fill out in the reception room beforehand (all done on a tablet) took 3 times as long as I was seen in the office. Now I have to make another appointment, travel a long distance, and pay another co-pay to go back and see her again. NOPE! I felt like Ms. Langston couldn't wait to get out of my examination room, like I was taking up so much of her precious time. Will not be returning to that office. I will make sure my PCP is aware of this office's policies and practices.
