I tend to prefer places that make some of their own syrups, etc. and from what I can tell, Grounded doesn't really do much from scratch, which is fine, just not my preference. My biggest complaint is their cold brew is super weak/too watered down. Service is usually okay, cleanliness is usually okay as well.
