I've had Nixxit out twice now while clearing out my parents property. After living there for 35, and bringing with them things they had already been storing 35 years prior to that, it's been quite a feat going through it all! Nixxit was great! I called them on a Monday early afternoon and they were actually able to come the same day (though I ultimately opted to have them Tuesday.) They called me saying they could come earlier than the arranged time but that didn't work for me and they said, "No worries." They then showed up at exactly when the arranged time was, were super nice and efficient. Cost was right in line with what was estimated on the phone, even without photos provided. I like that it's woman and locally owned and that they will try to donate the furniture that they could as opposed to sending it all to landfill. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
