Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff became defensive, repeatedly claimed a competitor was "lying," and treated my questions as if I was arguing. I was only trying to understand what I was paying for before spending $600+. The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Unfortunately, I found the customer service unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking transparency.

They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.
