My experience with this company could not have been more stellar. We had carpet in our house that…read moremust have been at least forty years old. We finally decided that it was time to pull the trigger. We stopped by the business and selected "Shaw Heritage Oak" vinyl plank flooring. It's a light greyish color that is just gorgeous! We had them do the Master Bedroom first and then decided that we could live with the same for the rest of the upstairs. They had their work cut out for them. We have a house that was built in the seventies and the floors were very wavy and had been laid with pressed wood and just regular nails instead of screws. So, over the years there was much movement and those simple nails had become loose and caused all of the unevenness. They also replaced three or four boards and installed about one million and six screws to tighten up the floor. Just kidding! But they really DID use a bunch of screws!!!! Then they "floated" the floor with a fine mixture that looks like concrete and does a great job of making the floor even again. They used sixty bags of that stuff. It took them about four days of work with several people to get it done. They even moved the furniture back and forth as needed. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks Elliott flooring.

WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I would give ZERO stars if I could as we paid Nancy over $2,000 to start the rendering of the interior and exterior of our home on Sept 2, 2025. We had to reach out on Sept 17th to see if any progress had been made. Mind you, this is a virtual design created within an architect program. There is also an app on your phone that produces the same virtual designs, and it will cost you $24.00 for full use of the app. It is called DecAI and it will let you take a photo of your home, room or office then choose the style, color scheme etc. When we did finally receive our first exterior rendering (the only thing they have provided to date), she had painted all of our brick white; we told her in our initial interview that we like the brick and simply wanted to add stone and landscaping. We specifically stated that we do NOT LIKE painted brick. We did not receive another rendering until October 13th. This updated virtual design, still not what we were looking for, began a back and forth with slight changes in the design over the next week. With a day or two lag between each request, this could have been handled much quicker by a phone call, in which we had left messages, but received none in return. On October 21st, my husband and I agreed that this process was now at two months along with zero product as agreed to in our initial contract. Her company policy reads, "commence work on the above project immediately" AND "Services performed by PDBN under this agreement will be conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently practicing under similar conditions", which we feel was violated solely on the virtual design time that took just shy of 30 days to receive. The email sent on the 21st to Nancy directly was asking for a refund as we felt she/her company did not hold up to her/their end of the contract. It is now, November 3rd, my husband sent an email to Nancy on October 30th following up on our original request from the 21st about discussing a refund. We still have not heard back via phone call or email. Nancy has completely stopped responding to emails and we are now bringing this to the courts as it seems to be our only option. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYING ANY FUNDS UP FRONT TO THIS COMPANY, SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN STRING YOU ALONG LIKE THEY ARE "WORKING", AND THEN WHEN YOU GET FED UP WITH THE PROCESS, THEY WILL DISAPPEAR. SIDE NOTE: She is already using our renderings on her website of our house!!! IT IS THE DESIGN THAT I CREATED MYSELF!!!!! Her design was nowhere near this!
