They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too

It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.

The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.

They are initially said they were booked out for a couple weeks but they got us in right before Christmas. The job is fantastic and I will always use them for all our painting needs. We had several quotes (few in the 6 digits). My husband and I just couldn't agree on which one to choose from. The quotes were either too high or did not on design, and sometimes both. I called STL Design and Build Design, setup an appointment as my last resort. STL Design sent Tom Levinson. Mr. Levinson arrived earlier than time with his assistant. This is definitely a rare. We went through the areas for remodeling. Tom sat me down and listen to all I wanted to do. Then it came down to the details and pricing. The wants an can't live without. We finished with an estimated quote that we were very happy with. Tom was wonderful. He gave me sound advice on my selections for the kitchen remodel. He went through the cost, time-line, and process. Tom went to warehouses with me for selections on the items. Matthew Pevehouse, thank goodness for him. I had a family emergency out-of-state. Matt took care of everything for us. The whole crew were wonderful. Matt took pictures and kept me up to date. If there was an issue it was quickly resolved.
