I called ahead to see if they had my size part and the manager claimed he had my oil filter before I even finished telling him what type of car it was. Multiple times, the manager came inside to ask the cashier/clerk if they had heard back from the auto parts store because they needed a part for a car. When I asked the manager why it took so long for my car he claimed that the shield under the car was hard to get off. When I brought up the filter, he claims he had six of them and that he only called the auto parts store to refill his inventory. No apology, no mention of a discount. Just pushed me out the door without ever recognizing their fault/error. I will never go there again.

The attendant was very apologetic and understanding. Unfortunately "Corporate" feels that due to the vehicle having an "aftermarket" front splitter... (bought the vehicle from the dealership with the ZO6 appearance package) they feel they are not liable. I've taken this vehicle through this wash 40+ times with zero issues. Your equipment failed, and you've failed to rectify the situation. Beware, and judging by the other reviews I'm not alone.....

They began to charge me for the wrong car washes and it took sometime, to get that fixed. So, I started to search other local car washes. I found Blue Lagoon in Palm Harbor. The car wash was spectacular. I got the one with the "hot wax". There was a guy named Jamie who was very helpful, mannerly and even helped me dry my car. I was definitely impressed. Great customer service!!! A+++ for Jamie!! I definitely will come back to Blue Lagoon!!
