Take Care Pharmacy was recommended by employee of another local business (Elmora Healthcare) as place to get walk-in PCR test as opposed to drive-up since I had no car. On same afternoon arrived at Take Care Pharmacy and young female employee so graciously assisted me with setting up an online account with the Lab pharmacy partnered with, explained the self administered collection process. Not much different from process used in Covid home testing kits. Unlike nearby CVS on Westfield Ave in Elizabeth, Take Care is a locally owned business with great customer service. Also noted that this business has wide range of vitamins, supplements and other items for same. Will be back to check out what is on offer. P.S.: Take Care is located in the mini mall fronted by 7-11 on Elmora Ave in which Sakura, Wingstop, Dollar General, T-Mobile, a beauty supply, a nail salon, farmers market, etc. are located. Best of all, my favorite spot for cold or hot drinks, Dunkin Donuts, anchors this mall. Have been living in Elmora neighborhood since 1997. Love it!

They call you when theres refills needed. They may even call the DR for you to get the refill prescriptions. They call you when meds r ready for pickup too. Never had a problem with this place.

Elmora Healthcare and Ben were a LIFESAVER!!! I was about to depart on a cruise from Port Liberty…read morein Bayonne with my friend, who uses an electric wheelchair. The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. He contacted me during the cruise to see how we were doing. That meant everything to my friend and me! Thank you, Ben, from the bottom of my heart!!!! PS The cost was so affordable, I was a bit shocked.

However, I do use them as my UPS access point and I do see the customer service they provide to me and other customers and I find them to be very friendly and helpful offering what seems like sound advice. I've also noticed the times that I've been there and there were people asking a ton of questions, the pharmacists were very patient. Definitely not a bad thing. So overall, it's an asset to the neighborhood.
