He's pretty booked up which he told us about in advance but it wasn't a problem to wait a few weeks considering the issues were old themselves. Robert came to do the estimate as promised, sent it, I approved and he came to do the work this week. We are SO impressed with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. Everything looks perfect and more importantly we now won't have leaking or damage when the rains come. He matched the paint perfectly and did really beautiful repair work on our front door. As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves. Everything was great about his work, communication, scheduling and timing. His prices are reasonable for what he had to do. We're really pleased with the end result and the whole process.
