Everything about this park, beginning with Priscilla the "manager" needs improvement! Priscilla allows her daughter , Eva, to come & go as she pleases to "run the park"! They are extremely unprofessional! I hate to bring race into this but, 4 hard working employees were just let go because in Eva's words " I didn't like them" & they all happen to be black! Priscilla didn't even have the decency to let these employees go in a professional manner, she texted these employees to let them know they were no longer employed without any explanation! Yet her daughter walks around all day with her boyfriend ( who is also employed here) following her around like a lost puppy dog, but hey I guess that's ok because the "manager's daughter"! Had all 4 grandkids for the day and what better place than altitude!! Gabe was super amazing and made the experience for the kids that much more fun! Kids had a blast! Even the big kids! Love that they could see characters from their favorite shows and eat pizza and all the staff were super friendly!! Will definitely be back!! read more

First and foremost your point of contact at any establishment matters. This employee was not it! Common sense isn't common and it shows! What a long check in time and him being scared to use his voice made it longer. After jumping for a while and wondering when all activities would be available I went and asked. It was stated that the one attraction that swings around and kids jump over wouldn't open because of staffing and that the most important one imo is dodge ball and the employee stated that those trampolines are broken and out of service and therefore would stay closed. I told him we should have known prior to payment. We paid full price and don't get to use the full park. $54 for two kids aged 7&9. He finally decided to use his firm word of "yes" when asked if we were to pay full price . This place is a joke! The funny thing about it is as I'm sitting here in the massage chair I'm watching a kid jump in the dodge ball court. Looks operational to me! The mom trying to get her kid to listen and step out of the dodge ball area isn't' happy either but for different reasons than I. . Fun place for kids and adults! They have several trampolines and good music playing. I take my 4 year old here often,she loves it!

Pros: My 13 and 10 year olds played for an hour and Probably would have stayed longer. It's spacious with jumping surfaces everywhere and lots of foam pits. Fun activities we haven't seen in other bounce places, like the whack a Light and the trapeze and diving board. Cons: The Wipeout was never turned on, that's a bummer when you pay 30$. You have to buy their special socks even if you're just a spectator. The employees look like they'd rather cut off their hands than be here, they look like they have hangovers. The young lady that checked us in just could not be bothered to give a care. It's freezing. Would we go back: we were just passing through, but if we lived here then yes. They had a blast, but if you're gonna put pics all over your website of the toys, turn em on. read more

Asst Manager has no clue on the new system. Had to wait 20 minutes back in line because the system would not allow more than 1 adult and the same email. Children ran rampant as employees were no where to be seen. Became overly crowded as color bands would not leave the pads once their time expired. read more

Having frequented this establishment enjoying grandchildren's birthday parties and friends' birthday parties...or for just an all-out fun time, Altitude Trampoline Park delivers!!! The party area was the appropriate size for our event... The staff is accommodating and courteous with professional recommendations for setting up... The only con that I have for this establishment is that to hold an event there is very very pricey!!!! They don't allow outside food! So make sure that you plan accordingly as far as your guest accommodations...As for jumping were concerned no child was disappointed trampolines everywhere ...You can jump nearly anywhere in the building with games and fun to last for hours....to include dodgeball !!!!! If i could give 0 star i would! Rented the only room there for my daughter's party. Party was scheduled at 4pm. Came early to decorate but the person i spoke to was rude! I stood in line for 20mins just to let me know just to go ahead, it was already 4:05 and guests had already arrived. No time to decorate. The same person was rude to my sister when she arrived. So i had to talk to the manager. The check in took forever for my guests. The host was useless and did nothing. For $400 that i paid for this room i was expecting more from them. Smallest trampoline park I've ever seen. Common areas have trash cans overflowing with sock wrappers spilling out the onto the floor. Staff on the park floor not paying attention while bigger kids almost bulldoze the smaller kids. Cafe is a joke compared to other Altitude parks....come to think of it the entire pack is a joke compared to other Altitude parks. Sadly despite its minimal features and poor service this place will rake in money until Urban Air opens simply because it has no competition. Avoid during any busy time as there just isn't enough park to handle the mass of people. read more

Had my daughter's birthday party here and we had a blast. Customer service was amazing. Everybody went out of their way to put a smile on your face. They were very professional I will definitely have another party here again. read more

This is probably the most fun me and my kids have had since we've moved to Odessa. Their are plenty of activities and they make a really great pizza. We will definitely be coming soon read more

the new general manager katherine hung up on my face after i asked for corporate number because multiple of her employees have been removed off schedule for being late and gave a notice to her hours before their shift. (with that being said most of her employees are high schoolers) she needs to be more considerate on these young kids and i def not recommend spending money on a place with this type of management. read more

I wish I could rate this place under one star, my recent visits have been less than satisfactory. The park is dirty, and I have also recently heard they even left a hammer in a foam pit, like seriously, come on now. The main problem I have with the park are the managers I have recently seen new management from when I first attended the park and these people do not look ready for work whatsoever, they looked as if they had just rolled out of bed. At least look presentable, I will not be coming back, the customer service was not what it should be. Also do not book your parties here I've attended a couple parties where party parents were stressing over how disorganized everything was, booking a party here should Guarantee less stress, but instead causes more. read more

Employees don't help with the stations and they are unsanitary. They cleaned dirt off with a foam pit and threw it back in there. I would not recommend this place. read more

I've been here before and never had a problem walking around and taking pictures of my kids. Now they didn't want me in shoes walking around. If that's policy that's fine but why wasn't something said before. Way to screw up my daughters birthday. read more

I rate it a 3 because the kids loved the trampoline part but overall they do need to be way more organized!! I rented the ONLY private party room there is and it literally took us a whole hour just to get the kids checked in for bracelets and socks! Thank God they had already signed the waiver before we got there otherwise it would have been longer! The pizzas were a whole hour late! They only give 15 minutes to decorate and guests have to buy their own drinks?!! read more
