Bait and switch. I checked out their gym about a month or so ago as I moved within walking distance. They said I could come back and work out in the gym for free on my next visit to experience the club. I came back and they said that wasn't their policy now. Transparency matters. I was invited via Instagram to a FREE workout + InBody scan, encouraged to bring others, and asked for my availability. Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. I highly recommend legacy fit at any location. The amenities are spectacular. There's a cold plunge, sauna, and separate workout areas for weights and exercise. There was also a smoothie bar and I was able to try one. The smoothie was freshly made and delicious. Not to mention it was super convenient to pick up a smoothie and just be on the go after. Their street parking or garage nearby. Staff were super friendly. Location was super convenient next to Publix. As far as membership, the price can be a bit much but you get what you pay for. read more

Took Jonathan's 7:15 PM class the other day and wow, was I sore over the next two days. Upbeat and great vibes all around. Amazing playlist and awesome station based, partnered up workouts with a little over 20 stations, each one working out a different part of your body. He also had us run down the block and back before & during the class so if you aren't a runner like me prepare yourself but every class varies from primarily just weights to a combo or more just cardio. He offers personal training as well for those looking for a more one on one, personalized routine. Gym itself has lots of great equipment as well as saunas, locker rooms with showers, cold plunges and more. We parked in the adjacent garage but forgot to ask if they did validation so we ended up paying but there is also street parking available. read more

Love this gym! I was a member of the Wynwood Miami location and now that I'm in the Fort lauderdale area, I switched to this location. They offer PIIT (partner interval training) classes and personal training. You always workout with a partner, which is great for motivation. Every 2 minutes you change stations. Stations vary from cardiovascular, body resistance to free weight exercise. I love how you become family & build bonds with other members. The trainers here are awesome (Dean, Yordano & Josie). If you're ready to change, get stronger etc. This is the place for you! read more

I've been going to Legacy for 2 months and it's such a great place for me to learn how to care for my body and health. The community has been amazing, people care and push you to be the best version of yourself! The coaches are very encouraging and are always open and available to work with you. When I first started I was bit intimidated because I had never really gone to a gym but Dean made me feel welcomed and worked with me in so many ways ( financially, how to do HIIT, modifying, scheduling, and a few swag freebies ).
