They have morning yoga sessions on the actual beach (typically ~7am) and they have some "Lawn Yoga" at the Las Olas park across from the beach, as well as some occasional night time yoga on the beach typically for full moon events. Lawn Yoga I attended 9:30 am on a Saturday $10 cash Cute lawn area for group yoga outside. It's $10 for about a 1.5 he class. WARNING as the sun starts coming out and the shade from the surrounding palm trees disappear if gets HOT! Bring sunglasses and iced water. I am likely not to attend this class time anymore because of the heat alone. Although she does hand out a cold drink and cool aroma therapy towels at the end that is helpful. You follow the instructor but this isn't the type of class where the instructor will correct or help your form. There is a Market going on at the same time as the class so it's cool to stroll around and see what the vendors are selling afterward. I had to pay parking if $25 via pay by phone app and that was a bummer. Moonlight yoga Occasional monthly event. $15 cash Attended Thursday at 630pm. They bring speakers and there are 2-3 row sections facing the beach. The sound of the ocean is beautiful. I attended class with one instructor the but the following day a different instructor hosted a similar session. Very nice and spiritual with the combination of the ocean and the moonlight. Although I felt that it could have been more in depth poses. Warning : No bathrooms around and it gets chilly once the sun starts going down.

I would never do business with them again. MG was super sweet, but Angelo is rude and disrespectful. Told me I could put my kids back in school and come to the 9am class. I paid until the end of my contract without ever returning for their classes. Then Angelo threatened to send me to collections because he felt my contract went beyond the end date for some reason. Thankfully, my bank agreed with me and stopped payments. Just a nasty human and not only would I never do business with them, I actively tell others to avoid them too.

The facility is brand spanking new! The actual workout floor mat feels AMAZING to walk on. Hopefully they will be starting the workouts in two weeks, and I will certainly update this review with how the workouts and instructors are. Another exciting thing about this gym is that they offer child care during their 45 minute classes! As a mom who feels like it's next to impossible to get a workout in at times because of having kids, it's such a bonus to have a place that offers childcare for while you are getting your workout on!

Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. The two women running the show were very fit and friendly and explained their company. Personal trainers who provide workouts to people at their school, work or house while inside a mobile gym. They had me spin the prize wheel at their table and won an Outfit headband and I was given an Outfit hat, which I wore for the rest of the night. They had a very nice mobile truck which was decked out with workout equipment inside. They had a new member special going for $19.95 unlimited access for one month. My wife was provided a card for a Free Fitness Class.
