Honestly funny to read some of these. It's an "Urgent Care" not a hospital. Limited with what they can test and/or treat..... duh. Came in for a UTI and didn't wait to long. Didn't know I could reserve a spot online and will do in the future. Two people came in after me who saved a spot so I waited till they got in a room. Rooms were all taken when I got there. Been to both spots in Gresham and here is the deal. They are busy. Was curious and was told they have spots every 15 mins or so.... saw only 3 ppl on the main floor and randomly someone from the back. So those 3 ppl are dealing with everyone with new ppl demanding to be seen now... even though they plan on seeing a person with a spot every 15 mins. Saw a guy yell at one of the girls claiming this was a walk in clinic and should be seen now for something that happened 2 days ago. Obviously his problem was more important than the other ppls who made an appointment. SMH. Dude needed a work note after admitting he called out for fun.... didn't want to wait or come back. Honestly I would have laughed if he wasn't so scary and loud. The phones ring a lot. And when the chicks did answer, they were long phone calls with lots of repeating the same info. Sounds like work note guys relatives must have been calling and asking the same stuff and not listening to the answers lol. Made me laugh to see why the phones ring when the main floor ppl are busy doin work with someone in front of them and checking them in..: and can't answer the phone since it stops everything and takes so long for the answers to get thru. Reading some of these reviews makes me smh at ppl and there expectations. It says urgent care on the sign. Not we treat you like a celeb just bc you came in. They don't have a lab there, I asked bc I wanted to know if I had a UTI for sure and they send the tests out. Someone came in bleeding and they got helped right away once. Ppl were complaining of the wait time but seriously? If u were bleeding, that is urgent dude! Lots of these hilarious reviews are ppl crying that they didn't do anything and not to waste your money cause you'll get sent somewhere else. Use your common sense. Can some small labs or xray alone determine what's up with you? Are you going to cry bc they can't hook you up to a machine and tell you exactly why your not feeling good? Smh.... lazy ppl want easy answers and are unwilling to put in any effort like calling their dr or doing tests that take time. Acting like these chicks have a magic fairy wand that says all and does all. Lol! I waited like 45 mins. But they also had me pee and let me know they didn't forget about me while I was waiting. They were busy. And ppl there were rude as hell. I don't envy them at all. And if I wasn't in so much pain, I would have spoken up to some rude ppl and there god like expectations. Saw 5 rude a** ppl there. And those girls were busy and didn't get rude themselves. Take a look at yourself before you start complaining. If you put it off like I did, you have no one to blame but yourself. I didn't have to wait 5 hours like I would have in the ER. And work note guy had the option to go about his day and come back at a set time to be seen instead of waiting and not being able to leave at the ER. Bless these chicks and give them all a raise. I would give this place less than a 1 star if I could. I had an appointment for what I thought was a bad sprain, but turns out I broke my ankle. I had been wearing a boot for several days since it had almost been a week and the pain was progressing. Below are some picture a contraption they tried to mold to my leg and foot and then wrap with ace bandages. Of course they gave me crutches, but I kept falling and hurting my ankle work worse since this thing had no sold bottom and I shifted around in it. Went back to boot when I got home. The room was very small so they asked my husband to wait outside while they fixed me up, what a joke, and asked about my medical history. The list of medications they had was grossly outdated which I tried to explain so they could update my chart, but they didn't believe me which meant no updates. It showed I was taking the same opiate in two different doses 3x a day. I told them I hadn't taken those in 10 years, but they didn't believe me and told me I can use the pills I have at home for the pain in my ankle. They even asked my husband to come in the room and asked how long I'd been taking the pills. He looked confused and said I have no idea what you're talking about. I made a fuss so they graciously gave me 5 pills to get over the weekend and into the next week to see my primary care doctor and a foot doctor. The notes a person named Brittney L. Tice, FNP wrote for my for my office visit were also interesting. About the only truth to her notes said I broke my ankle. She told me to stop taking a medication I WAS NOT taking. Claimed I was already taking opiates at home 3x a day (which she listed twice in two different places). Her notes also mentioned she spoke to her supervising doctor on the phone, Dr. Mones. She must have been talking to this person when I opened the door to use the restroom and she yelled at me to stay in the room. I provided the same tone and told her NO I'm going to use the restroom. I left the waiting room before my husband since I knew it'd take me some time to wobble to the car on crutches, he stayed back and asked for the after visit summary. Brittney told my husband he should have been in the room if he really had questions. OMG people, they asked him to leave because of space restraints. I realize it was 7:45 and they close at 8, but come on. No one should be treated that way. I couldn't get into see my primary care doctor for over a week, shocker! So I'm seeing someone I've never seen tomorrow, brining in Brittneys notes so I can point out her gross negligence. I also printed a list of my current medications so they can compare it to the out dated list the urgent care has on file. This place has 17 prescriptions listed that I don't or never heard of, maybe because it's been so long. I NEVER write reviews and I know this one is long, but it had to be said. I also hope whoever reviews these (if they do at all) will see the names I've list so the lack of respect, rudeness and unprofessional is addressed. I went to the urgent care over the weekend with bilateral pneumonia. I clearly communicated that I was coughing up yellow to greenish, cloudy secretions. The PA heard the ronchi in the bases of both lungs. She refused to prescribe antibiotics or Prednisone, both of which I had asked for. She placed an order for x-ray, but that facility was closed. The next day I was too weak to go for the x ray. I was able to get an appointment with my PCP who ordered augmentin and a Prednisone taper, acknowledging that discolored secretions indicate infection. I am a respiratory therapist. I do not go to urgent care to be patted on the head and discharged without needed medications. I cannot recommend this facility with the current practices/provider. ETA: I've already filed a complaint and was similarly patted on the head. read more

I went to this clinic for a bladder infection. I was seen by a PA and tests were run. She was very helpful but there were real problems with getting the results for the testing. I waited four days for one test result and was given a call. The other test result was suppose to be given to me that same day but I never got a call. I called back in after the weekend to see if the results were in. I was initially told that the results had not come in, when I insisted that she look again, all of a sudden she found the results. I found out the medication that I was told to take which was expensive, was totally unnecessary since I didn't even have that problem. I had taken the medication for a week at that point. Even though the staff member was fine the rest of the service there is garbage. I am tired of talked to people who don't want to make an effort to do their job. read more

I came in for an EKG and as the lady was checking me in the one next to her got involved and said they don't do EKG for the reason I need it and to go else where. She was loud and rude and humiliating. I've been there before and never had trouble in previous years. I submitted complaints but they didn't care much. I just got insurance and it'll be a month before I can be seen as a new patient. By a PCP. So I needed to be seen today, not in a month but now. So my Awesome Wife found Legacy Urgent Care right around the corner from our place. And they take my insurance. My Wife tried to explain where it was but I'm bad with directions and was a little grouchy from pain. After getting here, I realized how often I drive past here. I found parking right up front and was checked in immediately. I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Brad was polite and gentle. He really mad me feel better. I have issues with medical facilities and the people working there. It's all my bad. I can't help it. But Dr. Brad was awesome. No offense, but I'm hoping to not see him again professionally. Not lol. I'm going to be taking the Dr's. advice and relaxing. Staying off my feet. With bouts of ice in a spot that does not like being cold. Now lol. Luckily, it's the weekend and I'll get two days to heal before it's back to "Life On The Line." read more

Even though the website specifically stated that they have X-ray services, the Gresham office admitted me for a wrist injury and did not tell me until after they had started the visit (and were therefore able to bill insurance and charge me a copay) that they did not in fact have an xray tech on site, so I still had to go to the ED (and pay an additional copay and xray charges) to actually get any relevant medical care. but because they had taken my vitals, I was charged both the copay and $189 for the visit. When I reached out to customer support to address this issue, I was met with condescension and was dismissed as being too late to address the problem. read more

We have been coming here for many years now since moving to the Gresham area. Located right off of Glisan you will find this urgent care location, it is in the same little area as Walgreens and Crunch Fitness. Parking can be challenging since there are a bunch of little businesses here. Coming during peak hours you will want to be careful as the people coming and leaving the gym are in a bit of a hurry. The interior is clean and well maintained. I like that we have the option to use their app to check in and also there is a kiosk for patients to check in without having to wait. The providers are nice and seem to listen to our needs. A couple of things that came up that has raised some red flags for my wife and I. One is that they require you keep a credit card on file. This means you are giving them permission to charge any amount leftover on the card on file. Another thing is that they are not good at follow up. My wife had an issue and called them several times and left messages. It has been several weeks and never got a call back. This is an OK clinic, just read the small print and know what you are getting into. Also, they are not good at returning phone calls. read more

Everything I dislike about the health industry in one building. I made an appointment ahead of time filling out all the information. When I arrived 15 minutes early as requested they still had incorrect old information in the system. Even though I filled out the correct info online and then confirmed it again through a text link. After everything was corrected and signed I was moved into a room. I waited in this room for an hour before the doctor came in. She spent a total of 5 minutes looking at what I came in for and then gave me antibiotics and a sheet of things to look out for and go to the hospital if they happen. TWO of the things on that paper were already happening and I told her about them. When I set up the appointment I set my prescription location to a Fred Meyer by my house. Somehow they changed it to the Fred Meyer right next to their location. For me this is way out of the way and they for some reason couldn't change it because it was already sent out. The Fred Meyer couldn't fill it right away so I will have to go there after work now. My wife joked with me and now understands why I pay a bit extra to go to zoom care. If you have an appointment you are seen during your appointment time. If it's antibiotics you need 90% of the time they have them on site and they are ready for you before you finish your check out. Funny how using my insurance is more of hassle. You would think with how much places like this charge they would use some of that to make things a bit more convenient. read more

It was my very first visit at Legacy, went in for urgent care and they were all really sweet and good spirits; I went in for having four day migraines, and I was extremely light sensitive so I was looking down a lot; OA Jennifer Yealy even knelt down to my level so I didn't look up towards her/the light, and it was then I knew she really cared for her patients. The last few times I have been here I have made an appointment and ended up having to wait over an hour. It's the closest to my house which is why I come back but, I am going to start making a drive to a different location. The lady at the front desk does not listen to anything you tell her and asks questions about symptoms you have just told her about because she doesn't listen when you talk. She is very rude. I told her I needed to get a note for my employer and be seen for a back injury and she said, well it's almost lunch time for our doctors so, you will have to wait till after that. Are you kidding me?!? I made an appointment and I have to wait till they are done with lunch?? You let all your doctors go to lunch at the same time and make patients wait?? She asked if I could come back and I told her I made an appointment at this time for a reason... I am currently sitting in the room waiting. Will update if I've been seen. Update 1- So, a little side info, you can hear everything they say through the closed door. I Just heard the doctor say "I'm going to lunch and will be back in about an hour" are you kidding me? So now I have to wait here for an hour while they take lunch? Again I MADE AN APPOINTMENT! Why do you have appointments available at the time if there is no one here to treat you. Been going here for years, even before they changed their name. The front office staff is nice and respectful. The Medical Assistants and Physicians Assistants are also caring, respectful and most of the time great listeners. This is important because when we are sick; we need to feel like a PA or doctor actually cares for us and are wellbeing. No one wants to feel like a number. I think the best physicians I have met from your clinic, were, Mica who is no longer there and, Aaron at the Powell office who both seem to have a knack for making each patient feel valued, cared for and respected. These folks work a lot of long hours yet still have this positive energy about them. They make you want to come back and see them because they are so genuine and personal. Place looks good from the outside but is filled with terrible people who don't like their job and take out their frustration on customers. Any other business that ran like that would be shut down. I went in to get a EPT ( expedited patient therapy) prescription and no one there besides one nice young lady knew what I was talking about. Took me getting upset and throwing a minor fit between 3 different workers to get them to get off their phone and look on the computer for the state legislature on the matter of how it works. They just didn't wanna do the work plain and simple and absolutely ridiculous. I rushed to get here before closing and now I'm forced to go to the emergency room at emergency room prices because someone decided to start their weekend early. i went to this location on june 1st 2020 to get tested for covid ,, at the time of the service i payed my 30 dollar copay ,, later on the legacy health sent me a check for 30 dollars stating covid tests are free,, later on i got a bill saying i owed 30 dollars and i called the go legacy health billing office stating i payed the 30 dollars time of service and they sent me a check in the mail ,, so i sent them the proof of my copay ,, so they kept sending a bill and i kept calling back and complained thinking my problem was already fixed ,, i warning peaple stay away from this place if you want to get a covid test ,, there are a lot of places that do it for free,, even mt hood hostpital in the parking lot was doing free covid tests , even the goverment sends free covid test to peaples houses,, i felt i got ripped off money and i very pissed off ,, i will never ever go back to legacy go health ,, its not a lot of money just the principle of it,, its not the legcacys locations fault ,, its the billing company fault ,, but i will never go there again,, theres so many urgent care places a person can go to read more

I got schooled in a few things here, one do NOT go here if you have an actual emergency and secondly don't go here if you have plans to do another thing that day. My husband had jabbed a screw driver under his cuticle a few weeks before and it was now infected. I said, hey just run in here let them take a look. It was the start of a long weekend and I didn't want him suffering. Our doctor is out on Fridays. We got here at about 10 am on a friday and didn't leave until 2pm. They were kind of busy, if you want to say three people of ahead of us is busy. They put us in a room and left for an hour. I walked out and asked what was up and they kept saying they'd be there in a minute. It turned out we knew somebody that worked there and she came in and said all the doctors but one had left for the day and she thought it was crazy we had waited so long. It turned out, they just kept putting us down on the list, as she ended up telling us. They kept coming in to apologize and I heard them talking about how we got left in the room way too long, when we were leaving. When this doctor came in, she asked what was wrong, he showed her his thumb, which was now swollen and nasTAY looking and she proceeded to look in his ears, never acting like she noticed his finger.. AAAAARRRRGGGHHH are you kidding me, she then asks him what medications he is on and he said none and she said, 'really'... why did we seem high after sitting there for 4 hours? This was worse than a welfare emergency room visit after a gun fight. Yeah, lady we took your bait and sat there all that time, believing your nurses that you were on the way, every 20 minutes or so. They even offered us fruit at one point. She never once examined his finger, she gave him a light antibotic and told us to see our own doctor. Holy kittens of fire. Add insult to injury they bill me 9 months later for the full amount saying they don't take one of the most popular medical insurance plans, but they admit they should have told me that upfront. Two phone calls later and yeah, indeed they do take this insurance after all and they would discount down the balance I did owe, since they were out of network for me. Later I would learn from the same girl we knew working there, that I should really wait and see my regular doctor because this was a common thing there. read more

Terrible billing experience. Turned me into collections, attempted to sue me, now have bad mark on my credit report. I would have rather went to the ER! I have insurance, which was presented upon my initial visit. I had a very painful skin infection, which they treated and told me to come back for follow up in three days. I did that, they said to come back again in three more days. I did that. After three visits, nobody bothered to tell me that they are not a preferred provider for my insurance company! I didn't have any issues with the medical treatment I received. The staff were all very friendly until it came to the suprise $800 invoice I received AFTER insurance paid. They, and their collection agency (Metro Area Collections) are just awful. read more

I had to go here when my back went out a couple years ago. And about 10 years ago for some reason I can't remember. Although the wait can be a bit long if it's not an emergency, they seem thorough once they get to you and I felt taken care of. I also came without insurance for a flu I thought lasted too long. It was a very reasonable office visit for not having insurance. So I'd say it's safe to keep this place in mind if you're in between health insurance and something happens. Prescription prices were very cheap, and they do take appointments. Lots of magazine choices to distract you from stuff. read more

Came here to get a covid test because I've been exposed to covid for about a week and caring for the individuals. A doctor from a different facility told me to get a test after 5+ days since I tested negative over the weekend. The doctor who came to tell me I was negative was super rude. Theresa Jones is her name. She pretty much cut me off after she asked why I needed a test. I told her the doctor I seen last weekend recommended that I go get a test 5 days from when I tested with him. Don't be mad at me that the doctor gave me that recommendation. She said to wait 2 weeks but I have family over at Kaiser and their doctors also said 5-10 days after exposure. She is super insensitive to the situation and what my family is going through. We are all just trying to keep the elders in our home healthy. She also made a comment like "I know it's inconvenient good luck"... this isn't about the "inconvenience" of the situation. We are trying to figure out how we can keep my bfs 70 year old mom healthy since we all live in the same house and her and i have been in the kitchen together tending to the sick ones in the home. If I'm positive, I will obviously stay away from her instead of helping. What's inconvenient is that none of these medical centers want to test everybody who wants to be tested. That's how this stuff spreads! They tell us that most likely we all have it because we're all in the same household but that's a lie. Other people in my family have tested positive while others in their home were negative. Not every single person has it or will get it. It's irresponsible to tell us to go home and assume we all have it because then we start sharing bathrooms and taking off our masks, and for sure, everyone in the house will get it when it did not have to happen that way in the first place. read more

I have lived in the area for two years and had avoided this business due to poor online reviews on another site. I had a reason to go today, walked in, was put in an exam room within 5-10 minutes, seen about 20 minutes later, and walked out the door with a couple of prescriptions - one which was filled for less than half the price at a major drug store chain. It was $15.00 from their convenient prescription vending machine!! (They don't carry all meds, but had the one I was prescribed.) My experience was great. I was feeling and looking lousy, and everyone was friendly, very polite, helpful and efficient. I wish I'd gone here sooner. I've been feeling lousy from a chronic condition and decided to chance going in. They give 20% off the $150 price if you pay in full at the time of visit, which I did ($118, charged at end-credit back to debit card). They do have appointments, which I wish I'd known about, so I wasn't in fear of waiting a long time, but it turned out that I didn't have to wait anyway. They do DOT/ODL physicals and sports physicals for a very reasonable price. Gresham Urgent Care is very nice, clean and efficient. Overall it was an excellent experience especially since I was feeling lousy due to a bronchial infection. read more

I had my husband bring me here this morning. I usually go to the one on Powell and burnside but I moved closer to this one so I thought I would try to go to the one closer to me. Well after today's experience We will drive to the farther away one at least there friendly and kind and I feel welcome there!!! I had another hour to wait and no way was that going to happen with a UTI so I said to my husband let's go I'm in a lot of pain if we were at the Powell location I would of already been checked in and felt welcomed this place is awful I want to go. First off, the "Business Owner" didn't answer my review. I left the review after midnight on a weekend and several minutes later at 1:09am the response appeared. The response comes from an automated artificial intelligence Bot. If you look through the other responses to peoples reviews, none of their issues are addressed specifically in the responses. Obviously they are all fake responses. That says a lot about this company. Anyway, I went in for a severe laceration to my shin. The PA who saw me stitched up the gouge in my shin and prescribed some antibiotics. The next day My leg had swollen up and I was in agony and so I left a VM message. Several hours later a receptionist called me and said that a medical provider would call me back later in the day. Two days and two additional voicemails later, still no call and my leg has gotten worse. At this point, I'm just trying to get my medical records to take to another provider. This organization should be decertified and shutdown. To earn a cumulative 2 1/2 stars on Yelp, an organization has to really be committed to offering continuous substandard service. It must be a thankless job to have to respond to all of the negative reviews. He claims to "take negative reviews seriously". If that was true, he wouldn't have a 2 1/2 star rating on Yelp. I wish I would've checked the reviews before I made my appointment, otherwise I never would've gone there. read more

I just left there after seeing Therease Foley. Her bedside manner is abhorrent. She is about as warm as a rattlesnake and nearly as inviting. She had nothing nice to say to me at all and more or less blamed me for my own illness because I've been sick since yesterday and forgot to take my regular meds then complained some more because I didn't "treat myself at home" before going. I had told her I did take Ibuprofen and some Tylenol but I didn't want to go overboard. I have low liver and kidney function and had she bothered to look at my records she would have seen that. I guess bit**ing me up one side and down the other was far more entertaining. Considering the quality of service they have to offer , in the future I will choose to go without "care" before dragging myself to them again. read more

I had a nagging cough that wouldn't go away so I decided to go to an urgent care as I didn't have a primary physician. Making an online appointment was very efficient as I was only able to make it in to the clinic right after work. I was helped right away by the receptionist in timely manner. When I was seen by the physician, he was very friendly and gave me a lot of information after being diagnose with bronchitis. I was prescribed with antibiotics and it was gone after a couple days. Waste of time and money. Told the medical assistant when I checked in that I was experiencing some postoperative fatigue and joint pain and possible thyroid issue. I said I wanted to get my thyroid checked. She said ok and took my $75. I saw a nurse practitioner who said she couldn't check my thyroid because if there is an issue she can't treat it. I told her I had my thyroid checked there before and received thyroid medicine! She also had zero clue as to my postoperative issues. Extremely limited as to what they can treat. Don't waste your time or money. Maybe if you have a scraped knee they can put a band-aid on it but that's about it. The one thing they are good at is taking people's money- that's what the one star is for. read more
