I came in on a Saturday without an appointment and was helped by the intake staff instantly. They gave me a heads up about longer wait times and their lunch protocols. All and all, I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes before I was seen as the staff made it a priority to get me back. Every person I spoke with was kind, attentive, and helpful! read more

For this past visit, I definitely would recommend this location. I was feeling some unusual symptoms (tightness in my chest and a very hoarse voice) The wait wasn't long at all. I got swab tested for the flu and covid. It turned out that I did have covid. Thank you Narda Sherman PA for all the information I needed to make the decision about our trip. We were planning on vacationing in Turkey for 2 weeks but have changed our minds. We canceled all of our plans and got refunded for the flights and hotels. Absolutely terrible experience. I've been here a number of times. I'll never be back. Go to Zoomcare. I made an appointment in the morning for 5:15pm. I had family coming into town that evening, so figured right after work would give me time. They allowed 3 walk-ins before me. The man ahead of me was there for a COVID test and lied, saying he had an appointment at the same time as me. He was a walk-in. They let him take my appointment slot. The wait was unbearably slow, largely because the single receptionist was incredibly ill and complained about it to me twice (hellooooooo). It took forever to get brought to a room, then I was sat in the room with the door closed and waiting for who knows what. It was well over an hour, and I had no idea what was happening, so I opened the door and left, telling them I was done waiting for nothing. This is supposed to be a quick care option, but it took longer than any other option I've used. I felt ignored. I will drive to the Clackamas Zoomcare from now on and despite the longer drive I will still spend less time there. read more

I had a completely different experience here than most of these reviews and I'm the biggest skeptic of ANY medical care. I am have a bit of iatraphobia and was really reluctant to go. Thankfully I did. My foot was infected and needed treatment. I could barely walk on it. The ease of making the appointment, getting through the paperwork quickly and being seen in a reasonable amount of time were all welcome and quite frankly surprising. I pictured all of that going the opposite direction. I was seen by a professional who also was thoughtful and easy to talk to. She ordered my prescriptions, gave me a course of action and I was done and on my way to healing before I could even think about running out the door. In just 1 day, my foot was already on the mend and in less than a week I was in great shape. I am very grateful as a busy small business owner my worst fear is getting sick and not being able to keep things running smoothly. Not that any one asks me about medical care given everyone knows my feelings tho should it come up (laughs) I would definitely recommend this location and the kind people there who immediately recognized my desire to run and put me at ease. read more

I made a weekend appointment because it felt like I was developing a UTI and my PCP told me to go to urgent care. I made an appointment and was seen fairly quick. The staff were all polite. The issues I have is that they tested for things beyond what they told me they were testing for and they did not discuss those results. (For the record, they did a pregnancy test). I found out after I left and saw it on MyChart. If they would have talked to me about these things, I could have provided clarification and prevented unnecessary tests and billing. The provider had told me in office that I needed to go see my PCP and get an ultrasound done since I did not, in fact, have a UTI. Okay. That's fair. The next day, my pharmacy notified me that I have an antibiotic ready for pick up from the urgent care facility and is consistent with having a UTI. That was NOT discussed. Between the extra testing and the random antibiotic, I decided to call to get clarification and to make sure I was not billed for things that were not discussed as part of the care routine. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then the call was disconnected. Awesome. I don't have time to keep calling and waiting 30 minutes to be disconnected again. This is incredibly concerning on multiple levels which are consistent with insurance fraud. I would not recommend anyone go to this facility. Other reviews state lack of proper care. Urgent Care??? Absolutely not.! What is there about the word 'urgent' they don't understand? A four hour wait to clean and and glue the bloody wound in my hand. Fortunately the firefighters had wrapped it very well so the blood would stop gushing. The only really nice and likeable person there was the person who did the actual repair work. The rest of the staff was grumpy and uncaring. Barking orders to sigh in at the digital thing. Apparently they cannot accommodate 'true urgent care' like a hole in your hand. No matter what condition the patient is in, they adhere to the rule of 'appointments first'. Looking through the previous years reviews, it was found that a lot of people had the same complaint...walk-ins are ignored. If others and I have a choice we will not return. Simple solution: use ticket numbers so a person will be able to gage how long the wait is for them. One last comment is for the person who responds to these reviews. Over and over the typical response was 'tell me more'. I don't want to read that or respond to your quest for more info. Do something about the obvious mishandling of 'walk-ins'. read more

I have been coming to this location for several years for mine and my children's non-emergent medical issues. The staff have always been wonderful and patient, Alexandra Prince was absolutely outstanding to be seen and cared for by! The wait has never been over an hour and half when walking in at a busy time with a waitlist for check ins. Front desk was nice, medical assistant was nice , the PA Lionel was rude , condescending and extremely unhelpful. I was having a cough and concerns for developing bronchitis which I do develop every 3rd yr in spring/more like allegies and am boarding a plane soon. The Dr I saw was of no help at all and the assistant didn't even bother to weigh or measure me so if I did need an antibiotic which I've received in the past and the respiratory issue was resolved in 10 days they wouldn't even know the dosage to give. Instead, I was told they couldn't hear any wheezing or congestion so couldn't do anything for me. No one checked my lymphs, no one checked for a virus or bacteria and neglected other care practices. Honestly, I wouldn't send my dog to this urgent care. I am elderly and my symptoms have gotten worse and I have no faith in this clinic nor would I recommend anyone wasting their time and money. After my husband and I tested positive for CoVid with home testing, I made an appt. at Go Health to receive Paxlovid (we're seniors and I have COPD.) After intake they shuffled us into a room where we waited for about an hour. I went out to leave but they assured us it would only be another "couple of minutes," so we waited some more. Finally, after about 10 more minutes, we left, never having anyone even offer us the option to pick up the prescription from our pharmacy nearby. Honestly funny to read some of these. It's an "Urgent Care" not a hospital. Limited with what they can test and/or treat..... duh. Came in for a UTI and didn't wait to long. Didn't know I could reserve a spot online and will do in the future. Two people came in after me who saved a spot so I waited till they got in a room. Rooms were all taken when I got there. Been to both spots in Gresham and here is the deal. They are busy. Was curious and was told they have spots every 15 mins or so.... saw only 3 ppl on the main floor and randomly someone from the back. So those 3 ppl are dealing with everyone with new ppl demanding to be seen now... even though they plan on seeing a person with a spot every 15 mins. Saw a guy yell at one of the girls claiming this was a walk in clinic and should be seen now for something that happened 2 days ago. Obviously his problem was more important than the other ppls who made an appointment. SMH. Dude needed a work note after admitting he called out for fun.... didn't want to wait or come back. Honestly I would have laughed if he wasn't so scary and loud. The phones ring a lot. And when the chicks did answer, they were long phone calls with lots of repeating the same info. Sounds like work note guys relatives must have been calling and asking the same stuff and not listening to the answers lol. Made me laugh to see why the phones ring when the main floor ppl are busy doin work with someone in front of them and checking them in..: and can't answer the phone since it stops everything and takes so long for the answers to get thru. Reading some of these reviews makes me smh at ppl and there expectations. It says urgent care on the sign. Not we treat you like a celeb just bc you came in. They don't have a lab there, I asked bc I wanted to know if I had a UTI for sure and they send the tests out. Someone came in bleeding and they got helped right away once. Ppl were complaining of the wait time but seriously? If u were bleeding, that is urgent dude! If you put it off like I did, you have no one to blame but yourself. I didn't have to wait 5 hours like I would have in the ER. Had to bring my daughter unexpectedly to this place since she fell and twisted her ankle. I thought it was just a sprain, but she said the pain was unbearable when she tried to walk on it. SOooOOo..off we went to urgent care. We drove up to the front entrance and my hubby goes and gets a nurse and wheel chair. The nurse was prompt and helped us out right away. Check in was fast. We waited for about 8 minutes and went into a room. An emergency doctor had a look at her and then told us that we needed an X-ray. Waited just a few minutes and off she went to get X-rays. It really didn't take very long to get X-rays done. Doctor comes in and tell us she has a small fracture on her ankle. A nurse comes in with a big boot to put on my daughter. She will have to wear the boot until we can make an appointment to get a cast put on her. Well...good news....it's NOT broken, but a fracture is no fun either. The doctor said this kind of fracture is common in kids since it on a point where the bones join to grow more. Everyone was kind and service was fast. Place is clean and everything went well. I was asked if I had been at that same location earlier that day. I explained no. I was then asked why I was there. I explained my daughter had missed school 2 days in a row due to pink eye on both eyes. She said we have 4 other patients and unfortunately they mixed up your appointment with another patient and cancelled your appointment. Luckily, i had proof on my phone of the scheduled appointment.She looked behind her to ask the doctor if he would take my daughter in. Doctor said no we close at 8pm it's ideal for her to come back tomorrow. In a rude manner. My daughter 8 year old daughter was upset because she wanted to get her eyes cure and return to school. It was a mistake on their part and they were more concern about going home then caring for their patients. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also, it's urgent care..why the need to book appointments! This clinic ended up being miserable especially in terms of aftercare. They never returned my calls or my therapists calls. Then they have their PT department call me in a NON-TIMELY fashion asking about follow up therapy. They were never willing to take my request to go to a therapist of my choosing. Then today, they have their massage therapy call asking if I wanted an appointment. It's been 2weeks since I've been in the accident and in pain!!! I was diagnosed with shingles on Thursday and was told to come back into the urgent care if it began to spread toward my nose or eye. Friday morning it did, but the Legacy urgent care on N Williams we went to the day before couldn't get us in until 3 PM, so we chose this one and boy do I regret it. The practitioner we dealt with, Michele Stowe, was flat out rude, dismissive and antagonistic to my partner and I. To the point where I even had to come out and say I was confused by her energy. She seemed annoyed that we came to urgent care, and incorrectly explained what the doctor the previous day told us to do in regards to following up on my shingles. She prescribed me pain meds that barely helped. Honestly disgusted and just confused by her behavior. She needs to retake her course in bedside manner because she was the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Beware! I should add that Latoya, the medical assistant, was great and super nice. I came in today for a covid test after first completing a virtual visit with one of their providers. When I came in I was asked my name and then I was swabbed. I was told I could leave and that I would receive a phone call in about 15 min with my results. When I got home I received a phone call from Legacy telling me that they didn't have an order to run my covid test and without an order they will not run it. I explained to them that I should have had an order put in since id spoke with a provider before coming in. I was told that although they were sorry that I would have re book a virtual appointment and another covid test appointment. I left today not knowing if I have covid today and I live in a house full of people. It is sad that this clinic is this unorganized during the dark days of a pandemic. read more

Rapid swelling beside and below right eye. Joelynn and Jenny. They wont let me go in with chuck. I told them i go to all medical appointments with him. he forgets things and i am worried because a trauma to his head could be possibility of epidural hematoma. 6:22 p.m. Jenny said she told provider i want to accompany him. I have been to this urgent care several different times. I always felt welcome when I came in here. Staff are friendly and caring. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted and usually within 10-20 I'm checked in by staff then I wait to be called back. I'm fine with that at least I dont feel like I've been ignored for over a hour. Once I get called back it goes quick the doctor sees me right away and is very caring and helpful and then I'm done and I leave. All the staff is helpful and nice. I don't suggest going here. Insurance doesn't like to pay the exorbitant urgent care fees they charge and leaves you with a big balance. They promised me I would get a text message at least 72hrs before any charge hit my acct. I got NO text message the Friday before the long Christmas weekend when I was charged $225 (my portion after insurance somehow) for a 10 minute visit for a bad cold. No labs, nothing else. They advertise this like you are making a same day appt online, but it's not billed that way. Go to Zoom Care or Providence Express care. There when you make a same day appt it gets billed as a regular office visit. I've gone to both and had good experiences. read more

I am a registered nurse and a current Legacy employee. I was seen at the Gresham GoHealth in June for a sore throat & fever. The provider, Shung Nip, did not perform a hands-on clinical examination (no palpating of lymph nodes, no inspection of my throat, etc), and the MA did not check my temperature. Furthermore, multiple lab tests were ordered without my knowledge or consent. I was unaware of this until I received a bill from Legacy outlining my charges. When I contacted GoHealth to outline my concerns I was initially responded to with understanding and the agreement that my charges would be reversed. However, I just received a letter from a collections agency and it is clear that nothing was done to reverse these charges. I reached out to the medical director handling my case, Christian Molstrom, but have received no response. In short, GoHealth did not adequately assess me nor diagnose strep throat, leading to delayed treatment & missed work. Additionally, they wrongfully performed & then charged me for multiple lab tests without my consent. Finally, they have knowingly failed to work with me to resurrect the situation and make amends. read more

Good office visit. Billing department sucks. I used a old insurance card during office visit which went through somehow they say but shows they had payed nothing at all! And that i payed 370 out of pocket. Re billed with my valid insurance which has a deductible that's already been previously met. I have had to call over 10x and even had my insurance agent speak to the billing supervisor. Its been over 3 months and every time i have called they said 30-45 business day but that's never the case. The customer service is horrible with rude people on the phone.
