While the person I spoke did try to work with me, offering to put it in his mailbox or ship it, he did not seem to think he should mention on his site or his door that his open hours were not accurate. The Layton location says it opens at 8:30 and he told me someone is usually not there until 9:30. I should have gone somewhere else, and instead I've wasted time on something that helps my child breathe.

They made a mistake and didn't know how to fix it, didn't bother to tell me, and for months I have been trying to get it fixed. Finally sort of got it fixed, so thought great now I can finally get my supplies, no - they are waiting for the compliance report that I did over month ago, but wait, I can't have done the compliance because they dated my receipt of my cpap for last month. They definitely do not know what they are doing, and their sleep central ordering is ridiculous. If I could change vendor I would, in a heartbeat. I can't imagine anyone else is as bad as this is.

My husband visited VHM to order a C-pap mask. The service person said it would be shipped and…read morewould arrive by Friday. It didn't. Two more times he went back, with the same results. (the last time, the employees were involved in a pizza party.) I called Sleep Central, a company which fills the orders for VHM. They had never received an order for my husband, although his name and info had been entered into their computer. Sleep Central called VHM, and was told rudely that VHM doesn't take orders for supplies. I also use a C-pap machine, and have ordered supplies there in the past with good results. No idea what's going on there now, but i have no plans to go back and find out. Step up, VHM, or you're going to lose all your customers.

I have used CVS for quite awhile. My Dr sent a prescription at 3:40 p.m. At 5pm they said they had…read morenot received it. I called the doctor and they said it was sent at 3:40 so I waited. I checked on line at 9:00am and said it was in process. At12:00 pm I went to pick it up at the drive through and it was not ready. They told me we are busy any maybe it would be ready in 2 hours. I told them to forget it and called Smiths to have it transferred. That was at 1:00pm. It's now 6:12pm and they still haven't transferred it. This place has become a joke. I also stood in line when I first went there for 30 minutes for them to tell me it wasn't there.
