The lady on the phone is clearly not local, outsourced offshore customer support. The supervisor I talked to in order to fix the situation was extremely rude and unhelpful. They wanted me to pay for the right water tank out of pocket and pay for the overnight shipping. They did finally mail it to me 2-day shipping for no charge, but not until I insisted. The supervisor was so rude she made me cry. Today I waited on hold for 30 minutes during my work day to talk to someone about my bill. There were 10 people on hold before me. Finally there was one person before me. Then the automated system said "there is no one to take your call. Please call back later". I reached out electronically and discovered that when they sent out the bill they had not even tried to submit it to my insurance. The kind girl on the line said they get at least 20 complaints per day about this. Things seemed to go downhill for them a few years ago. Their billing is terrible.
