Happily there was lots of free parking, bottled water, a complimentary breakfast, and lots of washers and dryers. The room is really a small apartment with everything we could possibly want for a month. It's clean, modern, well designed and very comfortable. There was lots of storage, a big desk, a dishwasher, pots & pans, utensils, dishes, a microwave, coffee maker, even a strainer. Our large bathroom had plush towels and was well stocked. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and air conditioning perfect. Water was hot and pressure was good. The buffet breakfast was neat, clean and well stocked. I appreciated the cold brew, coffee, almond milk, oatmeal, and real dishes and cutlery. We usually stay at Marriott premium brands, but have found the Residence Inn select brand to be very comfortable. Marriott describes the brand as "Explore our spacious suites designed to give you openness, freedom and room to travel the way you love to live."

Nicole checked us both on and out quickly and without any issue. The morning breakfast was fine although some of the dry cereal was soggy. Despite the few issues, if we were ever in Green Bay, we definitely would stay here again.

The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.

There is black mold near our windows and you can tell things need to be fixed here. The staff are rude and didn't offer us anything even when the room wasn't ready on time. It appears they do this for a lot of people and its sad. I had to check for bedbugs because if the state of this hotel. I used to love this place as a kid but this went place went down hill. I will not be staying here ever again.

I met the manager Esteban Vargas at the time of check out and he is an amazing guy and not just with me but with all his guests. The walls looked dingy and scuffed. The carpet looked worn, the wallpaper was peeling in the room. It just looked tired and like there had been very little upkeep. It was clean so I'm thankful for that. The thermostat in our room didn't really help but I find this to be the norm in almost all hotels we stay in now. They all have wall thermostats that really don't seem to control the temperature no matter what you do. If you bump it up it may be freezing cold for a few minutes and then you are roasting again. I almost wonder if they're like the "close door" button in an elevator. You think you have control over the temperature because there's a thermostat in the room but actually it's centrally controlled in some office and you have no control over the temperature in your room. I had never stayed in a Delta hotel and I don't ever plan on staying in another one because of this experience.
