Problem is they never produce any results for me or my doctor that ordered them. Rude, incompetent and unproffesional. Highly recommend finding a proffesional lab instead of these clowns. The receptionist or whoever was at the desk was VERY VERY rude and did not want to answer any questions. Isn't that her job!?!?! I am not a senior but there were many at this location and I am sure many didn't understand how this all worked. But everyone wants to use AI for everything, this is a poor example of its use here. 2nd today the day of procedure. We get call in broken English from the lab saying you are not patient of this Dr. E I said no haven't had that Dr. E for long time we have a new one now, she didn't even ask and now says she did LIAR!! Had she asked she would have been told and if she called the CORRECT office in 30 seconds she would have gotten the correct labs to draw. Now we have to go get some other blood draw. We don't understand why people are so incompetent. 3rd the blood they drew nothing came of it besides 2 hours wasted, aggrivation, and bunch of germs recieved. The hospital can't find the blood reports for this huge ordeal. Luckily the procedure will continue. Save yourself the time and energy and go to a different place for care. One where people might like their job and the vibes are not bad.

I tried verbally verifying they got everything. I have chronic illness so I'm used to messed up orders. I asked if they had 18. The person verified without physically counting but I took their word. I had tests slowly trickle in. The two I was most concerned about hadn't come after two weeks. I called. They accidentally missed entering those two. The two labs they messed up... scheduled my appointment, my doctor noticed they left off another he wanted done. He faxed it two days prior to my appointment. I checked in with the lab and they said I could bring a copy of my lab just in case it hadn't reached them yet, which is rad. They clarified it could be physical or virtual. I went in. Had to cab there. They didn't have the order. I showed them my copy as they told me I could. They said I had to email it to client services which is an entirely different department. I waited 20 minutes. I sent a PDF and screenshots, I checked the email address four times. They called me up. Client services hadn't received it. I sent it again. They didn't receive it. They looked at my copy on my phone. Said they couldn't do it without a physical copy. They dismissively suggested I go to the library to print it. Library was a 20 minute walk both ways. I can't do that. I got a cab and went back home. Had a little cry tantrum. Being chronically ill sucks because it sucks but also because of constant shit like this... Avoid legacy LabCorp at all costs.

I had to go up to the ED at Good Sam because I wasn't aware that night of another urgent care a block away. In the past, I tried going to this clinic a couple months ago for something else, but I was on crutches and found out there's apparently no accessible way in for people with crutches. Wonder how wheelchairs get inside. Once inside, I was made to stand there, on crutches, for 15 minutes, while the receptionist helped the person in front of me with paperwork and she never once looked my way. There's no wheelchairs inside the clinic, and I couldn't sit down in case I lost my place in line. I finally said 'Eff this' after that 15 minutes of being ignored and left, and went to Good Sam. Now I know Providence Express is on the other block and reliable, so I will go there in the future.

Legacy was a short Uber drive way, and able to give her an appointment. So off we went. When we arrived, there was no one else waiting. The waiting area was large, clean, and well lit. After registering, producing insurance cards, etc., she was ushered in to an exam room. Staff was friendly and attentive. She got excellent care, prescriptions sent to a CVS near our hotel. The bill apparently was covered by Medicare or her regular health insurance. Transparent to us. It really couldn't have been better. Finger much better the next day, thanks to the antibiotics. Would we recommend? Highly!
