I checked in with the lab and they said I could bring a copy of my lab just in case it hadn't reached them yet, which is rad. They clarified it could be physical or virtual. I went in. Had to cab there. They didn't have the order. I showed them my copy as they told me I could. They said I had to email it to client services which is an entirely different department. I waited 20 minutes. I sent a PDF and screenshots, I checked the email address four times. They called me up. Client services hadn't received it. I sent it again. They didn't receive it. They looked at my copy on my phone. Said they couldn't do it without a physical copy. They dismissively suggested I go to the library to print it. Library was a 20 minute walk both ways. I can't do that. I got a cab and went back home. Had a little cry tantrum. Being chronically ill sucks because it sucks but also because of constant shit like this... After registering, producing insurance cards, etc., she was ushered in to an exam room. Staff was friendly and attentive. She got excellent care, prescriptions sent to a CVS near our hotel. The bill apparently was covered by Medicare or her regular health insurance. Transparent to us. It really couldn't have been better. Finger much better the next day, thanks to the antibiotics. Would we recommend? Highly!
