I hate writing negative reviews, but when you have a super bad experience I feel like it's in the best interest to let others know. I initially didn't have a bad experience, and wanted very much to like the place since it was so close. The pedicure started like normal, but during the $93 mani pedi combo I flinched in pain three times so it wasn't as awful as other places that have left me with no nail whatsoever, but as I get older I want a place that can leave me with healthy nails, and a good long lasting polish, and more importantly a place that's patient enough to not damage my nails. During the manicure I flinched twice but was still polite, pretending to not be overwhelmed. My nails were not properly soaked in acetone for 10 min prior to taking off existing shellac, resulting in thinned nails from using the rotor file. The products used were not applied correctly and therefore the next day due to UV overexposure the nails turned brown. I returned for a partial refund and the owner refused- I didn't trust them to redo the nails with the same product or handle my nails properly, so I was not seeking them to be touched by this salon again. She was beyond rude, claimed I didn't pay what I did, and refused even a partial refund- I will never return and I'm going to a new place to have them re-done correctly with a quality product, and actually enjoy my experience.

Phew, I should have heeded all the other Yelpers warnings and left as soon as I walked in. This was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had with a nail salon, including the quality of work and the cleanliness of the business. The salon is very dirty and from what I saw, it also makes me question their sanitation practices. There were gnats all over the restroom and there was food just laying around the pedicure stations. I place partial blame the food laying around due to management. You should provide your employees a break room where they can enjoy their lunch instead of forcing them to utilize the pedicure stations to eat. The business also lacks transparency. Their prices are not listed anywhere in the salon or online. This is poor business practice and leaves customers not knowing the cost of your services. The stylist asked me to pay before she even finished my nails. Excuse me? The mani pedi was also extremely poor quality work. Instead of feeling if I had any calluses during my pedi, the stylist simply started scraping away where most people experience rough skin. She was scrubbing away at my parts if my skin which was extremely painful. She also did this when she was polishing my toenails nails. Instead of polishing them individually she tried to file my toe nails all at once which included my skin! Also, instead of waiting for my cuticles to soften after soaking, she tried going straight into it. After going home to take a closer look at my pedi, she barely painted some of my nails and the color was still almost transparent. The nail polish on my hands was also so thick that there were bumps all over. She tried drying my regular nail polish using UV light instead of a fan. UV lights only work to cure gel polish. I ended up going home and removing all of the paint on my hands and feet to re-do them myself. Horrible quality work and poorly managed facility.

Terrible. The woman who did my nails made me bleed. I told her she was hurting me, but she didn't care and kept going. Gel pedicure was $50, and there were no prices anywhere. Cut my nails so darn short, and she painted my skin. I won't ever come back here again.

First time here! I went in for a full set. The lady doing my nails seemed to be rushing unless she just worked fast.. A couple of my nails were put on crooked and she almost had an attitude with me for asking her to fix them.. She put black powder on two of my fingers just to take it off and put regular powder with black polish on..? Not the worst set I've had but they're tolerable after I personally touched them up and painted the underneath side red at home.

Lee was great with my Acrylic Gel nail set! She made sure my nails looked perfect and was gentle with my sensitive fingers! Everyone inside was very friendly too! I will be going back! Thanks :)

I really do enjoy this place but this time around they did not do a good job. They looked nice at first but only lasted two days before they started breaking off! This has never happened to me before at least not this soon. It's been one week and already four nails have broken off. I've had to superglue some of them on because I don't have time to go back and get them fixed because of work. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. Yes they were done fast but they were also done poorly.

Used to think this place was one of the better places, but I think I was just there on a good day the first time. They've now messed up more times than not. My shellac polish chipped days after and then multiple nails cracked or chipped in the week and a half following. This is the second time that my chrome shellac mani has gone wrong there.... They also don't have a consistent price they do. Sometimes I'll be charged more to do less. The very first time I went I was charged $35 for a new full set, gel polish, and chrome powder. I was charged $45 for a fill and gel and chrome every time after. I didn't think that made too much sense.

My mother-in-law were in for the first time yesterday. We had pedicures done that turned out beautifully, the massage chairs were awesome and they went all out! You won't find even half the pampering they do at more expensive places for the same money. So worth it! We left feeling like new women! I also had my brows done for the first time which turned out phenomenally! My mother-in-law went in again today for powder dipped nails and they are gorgeous! I am definitely a new recurring customer, and if my mother-in-law lived in Colorado, they would be her salon for sure! read more

If you are looking for a place where the technicians have quality products in a clean well ventilated area this might be one you should try. The dip with chrome is above average in cost, but the results are magnificent. read more

Once again, a bad experience unfortunately. Horrible mani/pedi attempt. She dropped my leg twice. Didn't use enough coats. Didn't clean extra nail polish around the skin. First day they chipped. read more

This is a great place, with great service and staff! Kim is the best and once I found her, I cannot go anywhere else! She has great attention to details and is the best at getting any ingrowns without feeling any pain. I highly recommend this place to relax for a wonderful foot massage too! Go for the deluxe pedi!! read more

GARBAGE I came through during my visit to Colorado for work. Myself & a coworker made an appointment, her for a full set & myself a dip(sns) fill with 3 fixes. First my friend was talked out of the color she wanted & into a colored acrylic. Even though we made an appointment I wasn't seen until 30 minutes after we arrived, half of my previous dip was filed off in-between other customers. My manicure only lasted 2 days before chipping where as the previous dip lasted me 3 weeks. I'm not sure if the product they used was old or my nail wasn't dipped enough times (twice) into the powder. But either way, ladies AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waste of money. read more

I went here because it's close to my apartment. I was greeted and taken care of right away. I chose gel for a mani-pedi, verified price $65. I have horrible very calloused heals from wearing sandals. The gal said no problem she'd take care of me. Well, that meant giving me a deluxe pedi (unbeknownst to me) which cost me an additional $10 at checkout. She tried to sell me a facial wax and eyebrows. (your face is very hairy), thank you very much, NOT! I have neuropathy in my feet and quite frankly this was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. The water was scalding hot and the work done was very poor, the surface is bumpy, with pieces of something in the polish, painted on the cuticle and skin around my toe nails! She filed two of my fingers so hard she sliced them open and they were bleeding. The polish doesn't even cover the whole fingernail. I'm not too fancy but I did expect a decent treatment. I've never been injured at a nail salon until now. At checkout she said $75 for deluxe. I guess extra for injuring me plus the wax I never asked for. Shoddy workmanship and quite honestly I'll never return, I'd go back in and show a manager if there was one and if they would redo the polish and for free. read more

My mom and I have been coming here for a couple months now and Quinn is a great business owner. She makes sure you're happy with the outcome of your nails no matter what. I get gel on my toes and it lasts for a long time, my dip on my nails is strong and lasts between visits even with all of my roughness :). read more

I went in right when they opened and was surprised at how busy it already was but was pleased when they seated me right away. After 5 or so minutes, someone else tells me if I could wait 20 minutes bc her appointment had just arrived. I said..I can't add another 20 minutes to my day and can just leave and return another time. The attendant that had started on my nails said it was fine and that she'd do my nails for me..which was already concerning bc if she wasn't originally doing my nails, then does she do manicures at all? Sure enough she speeds through my fill and color in 20 minutes..did not shape my original acrylic. The monomer was so wet that the formula kept dripping. Do not come here unless you have an appointment I guess.. read more

I come here quite often as it's right by my job. I'm always greeted quickly & treated with good customer service. I've had the same lady who's taken care of me each time who I believe is the owner and she's always super friendly, offers me water and tries to make sure I'm being taken care of. I got a full set acrylics with shellac for the weekend and I got chrome & sparkly nails for a fun look. I loved the color & sparkle! I do think the nails are a little too short for me, but I did request them to be on the more short end, so I just know next time to make sure I ask to get them longer! Other then that they were super beautiful & I love them. They have a good organized assortment of colors including a lot chrome! I appreciate the good service and the friendly atmosphere! Will be going back for a new set when I'm ready! :) read more

This nail salon is awful. Rushed service, half hearted nail work and a staff that is generally unpleasant. They broke my daughters nail IN HALF. While she was bleeding they decided to super glue it back together and told her the pain would subside! Then proceeded to charge her $50 for the service! I had to take her to a Dr to look at her nail which ended up coming off. They acted appalled that I would go back in and ask for her money back even though I had been a semi frequent customer. There are so many nails salons in this area choose another one! read more

I've been coming here for almost two years since they changed owners and I love it. Quynh and everyone there do an amazing job and friendly! I have been going with Quynh for at least 5 yrs already, currently the owner. They will definitely keep getting my business. If you are not satisfied with your nails, just let them know and they will fix it. Don't come and put a bad review if you haven't taken a second step to fix the issue. read more

I got my nails done Friday and by Monday they looked like this. Completely chipping and falling apart. I go to a salon by my house but after finding good reviews I went to this one by work. I had no idea what the heck was going on when she was doing them, it was not what I am used to, no base coat for shellac or anything. Literally three days later they look horrific. Working on day four and I am just going to have to go back to my regular lady to have her fix them. $45 I wont spend again. read more

New management took down price list and charges different prices to each customer, encouraging customers to pay cash. We all know that's because she's avoiding paying income tax. I have been coming to this shop for 15 years. I won't be back. It seems very dishonest. The techs always do a great job. read more

This place is out dated and does a shitty job. 2 days later nails polish is already peeling and the acrylic square shape looks like a piece of chiclet glued to my fingernails. Don't go here if your looking for a nice job and something new as they don't get. read more

Unfortunately, they were shot down by $20 gel polish for my toes (polish alone....) and some of the worst Gel X nails I've ever had. The pedicure, the diamond, was surprisingly expensive for how little we got, including but not limited to lotion haphazardly slathered on my legs with three unceremonious rose petals stuck on (what does that even do), a wax bag that didn't even cover my feet entirely, and my friend getting lemons (???) rubbed all over his feet and legs like a seafood boil. The techs were nice at least. After the very disappointing pedicure, we moved onto nails. For some reason, my friend had his done in the pedicure chair, while I got moved to a separate table, being assured we would be getting our nails done together. I picked a color, my tech asked me what shape and I said oval. She told me "we do almond here". I accepted very anxiously, and then she pulled out the nail caps.... I should've walked out there. They were so arched, I knew my nail beds were beyond screwed, but I didn't walk out there, no I trusted my friend's recommendation. My tech measured two nails, eyeballed the rest, and started gluing. Immediate pain. I have fat fingers, so usually I expect the caps to accommodate that with a *slightly* bigger size, but this lady literally bent my nail beds to fit the cap. The UV light BURNED. My nail beds were screaming. When all was said and done, for two people, I almost paid $400. $400?!?!?! I'm calling to get a refund today. I'm so irritated. We're literally fighting for our lives to not tear these off so our nails can breathe again. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Support a small local nail artist if you can.

Her work is consistent and always exceeds my expectations. Very relaxing atmosphere, beautifully decorated and always very clean. The entire staff is very friendly and just as talented as Quynh. This was my first time going here on a Thursday night and they were able to take me in right away. My nail tech was Vy and she did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it (no pun intended) Vy was quick and precise, knew exactly what she was doing. I love! love! my nails - the shape, the length, the thickness of the acrylic - it was perfect!!! Definitely would recommend Vy to all the women who are very picky about who does their nails.
