went in for warrenty service on a blown tire jake and hunter gave a rental car and said they would go and have the tire swapped and call when it was done one week later after calling every day to check on it still not done then they change their story about we have to bring in the tore off the vehicle....why would you give a rental? why would you let it go a week? why are you so dumb and irresponsible from trash that came out of your mouth and believe me not much escapes that fate their all crooks and I assure you won't be a clean drug test in the building. read more

Very disappointed in customer service and the entire transaction process has been ridiculous. Sales Manager and Salesperson were called numerous times and neither responded until I filled out my survey then they began to call; I did as they had been doing for weeks and ignored their calls at that time. In the beginning, I was told I had to sign a slip to get the vehicle I wanted transferred to them and I hadn't drove it nor did I get the opportunity before signing the paperwork which I was not given a copy of and I have requested numerous times. I was put driving on tags still attached to my former vehicle for over a month and when I received a new plate I discovered my specialty plate was not switched over; sales manager laughed and said he hoped I didn't get pulled over because they would impound the vehicle. Keep in mind I was driving on illegal plates with no paperwork showing I had purchased the vehicle. It has been a horrible experience they waited over 3 weeks to pay off my trade, looking like a late payment on my part when it was theirs; now I have received a bill for almost $600 for taxes left unpaid by Legacy when I traded they were suppose to pay off everything yet they didn't do so. My insurance was cancelled because they had failed to transfer the vehicle into my name even after I had to show proof of insurance before leaving the lot. And lastly I have discovered through trying to obtain my paperwork through Corp that the numbers don't match the only page of paperwork I received almost 8 weeks later. Therefore Im still working with corporate on this matter and I have filed a complaint with Nissan Corporation. Also, I have no warranty or incentives paperwork and I'm trying to switch my service to another dealership. If I could return this vehicle and go to another dealership with the same equity I came in with I'd do it in a minute because when someone says they'll save you a few thousand dollars if you purchase from them please realize they're only costing you much more then their so called savings. I'll follow up again once I make It throughout this process with them. The only person I dealt with that knew what they were doing was the title clerk and she was embarrassed when she discovered I'd been driving on illegal plates for nearly a month. I just got the insurance lined out last week, since the vehicle is now in my name with legal plates. read more

Was looking at buying from these people today on a used vehicle. Was going good until the salesman got his supervisor involved. But b4 we got him involved I was able to prove to the salesman that I could get a better deal out of town so he lowered his price. Going good at that point. But when the supervisor got involved it went down hill. 1st off this was a cash sale on the line. When the supervisor got involved, his last words were that if a punk. His last words were we cant make a deal because u are low balling to much. Took my business elsewhere as well as my cash. I stood in the sales manager's office yesterday and was shown the cost of a vehicle I wanted to buy vs the price for which it was listed. The "supposed" markup on the truck was less than ten dollars...Yes, LESS than ten dollars. The first offer was an attempt to price match a same make/model vehicle with 6,000 miles difference with a different dealership. When they decided they would not be able to match the $3,000 deficit, it then became an attempt to let me know how much better Legacy is than other dealerships and how they have very little markup up on their vehicles. It was hard for me to keep a straight face when he showed me the cost and retail price difference. If a dealer makes less than ten bucks on a sale, how do they stay in business? It's not possible. I understand that not all customers will be pleased with every dealership. However, don't insult my intelligence by lying to me about profits that are made on a sale. My offer was within market value but was declined because Legacy Nissan is a far superior dealership. read more

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I called and spoke to them about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained our ENTIRE situation (negative equity on a trade, what we wanted to keep our payments, & even let them go ahead and run our credit score before we made the trip over). I called 3 separate times to verify EVERYTHING we were asking could be done. We make the 2.5 hour trip just to be told by them that our payments would be $300 more a month then what they had told me on 3 separate occasions they could get it at. I wouldn't advise anyone to even waste your time going here. They will tell you whatever they want to get you in the dealership, even if you are making a 2.5 hour drive to get there. I guess they thought we would just accept the payment & go on...jokes on them though, we immediately walked out when they told us what we wanted wasn't doable. read more

Bought a 2 year old altima here a few years ago. Carfax showed it as a clean title, but after the sale found paint overspray on both headlights and signs of repair. It was subtle, but it was there. Also, rear spoiler and trunk had clear peeling within a year of purchase. Took it back in to complain and they told me it wasn't their problem & that it was likely an aftermarket spoiler. I asked who's problem it was, and they said mine. Yeah. No need to get mad at them. I had good luck with my first 2 purchases there, but my last 3 have been elsewhere and will continue to be. They lost a customer for life by being shady and having crap attitudes. I probably would have bought another car there or my new truck had they just offered to respray my spoiler. $100 dollar job for thousands in future profit. Their loss! read more

Had a major issue with them over a car I purchased the gap coverage on. Once you buy the car they don't care about you anymore. They seem like they just want the money. I had a car wreck and the car was totaled. Even with the insurance company owning the car they wouldn't help their gap company to get the gap coverage taken care of. read more

I bought a used vehicle here and within 2 weeks have to put $1,000 into it just to keep it running. Now it's a used vehicle that was bought as is and I fully understand that means you are not buying anything new. Now the truck has well under 100k mileage so things should be in pretty good order. When I first drove and hour and a half to look at this truck, I called and scheduled an appointment and drove down. Upon arrival I was told the vehicle was sold and that the girl that scheduled my appointment was new and sorry. Halfway back to Lexington I get a call saying the guy backed out and when could I come back to take a look. I said I had no desire to drive back after already losing a half day of work. They then told me they would bring the vehicle to me which I thought was good business. The catch is that they would have to bring all the paperwork with them so a price was going to be put on paper without spending more than 2 minutes with the vehicle. The price was about the same as other similar trucks I've viewed so that was ok. 3 days later the salesman brings the vehicle to me. Quick test drive tells me the rear brakes need some help as there is a bad pulsation upon braking. Not a hard fix. Get the truck onto a rack and see that the rear pinion seal is leaking some grease out of the rear end. That should've been the red flag to walk away but I didn't. Signed the paperwork and bought the vehicle. Within a few days of driving I started to notice the acceleration was erratic and so I got it diagnosed. The throttle body was bad and needs to be replaced. Replaced the rear pinion seal at the same time and learning that not only was the seal bad but there was water throughout the rear end fluid. I call down to see if there was any assistance available and after getting blown off 4 days straight with the "lemme make a phone call and I'll call you back" routine, I got a price for a new throttle body and it's the same price that I can go to the dealership and purchase one and sorry but that's it. I didn't purchase the additional insurance (that costs about 1/4 of the overall price) so there is no help for me. All that being said...as a multiple car household, I think there is something to be said for customer service and being in the automotive industry myself I fully understand the need to keep return customers. If a part like a throttle body would keep a customer happy then I believe I would find a way to make it work. But blowing the customer off for 4 days just to say here's a price on a part that you can go to the dealer and get yourself....is garbage customer service!! So now after spending $10,000 plus finance charges, I now have to drop another $1,000 into the vehicle within 2 weeks of purchase just to keep it running, not counting the CD player won't play CDs, a passenger side mirror that is cracked and coming off, rear brakes that are rusted so bad that they shake like crazy even at a low speed and the driver side brake caliper doesn't work, and who knows what else that I haven't found yet. But they have a great inspection process that each vehicle goes through!!!! Will never buy a vehicle here again and plan to be vocal to anybody that I can about it. I take plenty of fault here and should never have gone through with the deal but I would think that spending that kind of money with a place would reward you with a little better service. read more

Don't do it- Just don't do it. I spent over 5 hours with these people to buy a car - we had the deal "done" in an hour, and about 4 hours to get in to finance. People kept "jumping in front of us" and, with 4 kids under 12, it was a miserable, miserable day. Then, 2 weeks later, we get the call that they did not have us bring all the necessary paperwork and we would have to get more records and more proof of residency to send into the finance company, and could we pleeeaaase come back and re-sign our paperwork that weekend (our daughter's brithday)? We get this call after they have called EVERY person on our reference list looking for our phone number, which they had, but had overlooked. We go back and they ask if we could just hop on over to our local bank branch and ask for a few more months of bank records, since they only told us to bring 1 month and they really wanted 3? It blows my mind....plus, we got out with the car, had it for 3 days and the battery is dead. No, it's not an old car (it's a 2014) and when my husband took it to autozone, found it had the wrong size battery in it- I find that highly suspicious. I'm just not happy at all with our treatment and refuse to do business with these clowns again. read more

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!! I bought a used truck and within a week had to put $1000 into it!! I kept getting their stupid papers in the mail talking about how wonderful their business is and how they send off perfect vehicles and will do anything they can to help an unsatisfied customer so I called them about these high mechanic bills just to see what they had to say and the hag Charlotte that I spoke to was the rudest person ever!!! She is supposed to be a speaker for the people and she was horrible. She was so rude each time I talked to her. Laughed at me at one point. I've never had this bad of customer service ever!!! I would never ever recommend them to anyone.. One problem we had the dealership knew about it and lied telling us it was a much smaller problem than what it ended up being.
