Nurse Practitioner Brittney Hemingway seemed to be in a hurry to schedule me for a followup, jumped to conclusions about my goals / what I wanted, didn't ask very thorough questions, had a dismissive attitude, told me to set up a second appointment after I do four PT sessions in order to review my lab results rather than just calling me or letting me get my lab results pre-PT (pretty sure that's coercion? I shouldn't have to have pre-reqs to get my labs back), and seemed more concerned about meeting insurance checkboxes / issuing me a prescription I didn't want or ask for than actually listening and working with me. Obviously needs TIC re-training--visits like this are precisely why I hate doctors. Waste of time.

They constantly quoted me one price and then charged a higher price because my appointments took "too long." They kept coming up with ideas for expensive treatments that we provided by their own company -- interventional radiology, physical therapy. They are not responsible for the "opiod epidemic" but they are a huge part of problem, profiting from unnecessary services where the money goes into their pockets or those of sister companies. Then when there was a billing discrepancy, it took them two months to claim I had failed a drug test that turned out to be a false positive. They put me through a bunch of crap just to make more money and to be on the receiving end of the racket known as pain management. I don't want to provide more detail here because it would identify me to them, just look at all the reviews and find some other place. Or move to Nevada or CA and look into medical cannabis treatments :)

I barely felt the injection at all. Nice work!! The office staff was also extremely friendly and I had little to no wait time in the waiting room. Very impressed with Dr. Partridge and his staff and will definitely return here if/when needed and feel confident recommending Dr. Partridge to friends and family.

I just want to let everybody know that these guys do not care about you and your pain. they are all about the money. I can't prove that I don't own anything from 30 years ago and they can't prove that I do either and it doesn't show on my credit. I'd recommend just staying away There's a lot of good doctors out there who do a much better job. And won't send you away for a fake 30 year old bill. They couldn't even tell me the amount.. or give me a chance to pay it. literally.

That said, a fair warning: plan plenty of time. The wait to see the doctor is consistently long, and sitting in the exam room gave me a little too much opportunity to notice all the things around the office that could use some updating and repair. I probably wouldn't have paid much attention if the wait were shorter, but here we are. I can personally recommend Dr. Hoopes and Dr. Innes. If you need a solid orthopedic practice in the area and you're willing to be patient, this is a good option.

It is definitely older and in need of some slight renovations and carpet, but the true quality is in the staff. The receptionists are always kind and non-judgmental. Dr. Richard Jackson was the sweetest and kindest and performed my surgeries well. Dr. Kirt Kimball is indeed arrogant, although I knew that going in and pleasantly discovered he was not condescending (which is my worry for any cocky doctor). We hit it off great and I believe we parted with mutual respect for each other. I trust his opinion since he is also on the surgical team for the BYU athletes and my injuries are due to hard physical activity.
