They handled the needed stucco repair before painting, the previous owner had done some patching and touch up that looked pretty rough, now it looks great. But the proof is in the pudding, we put our house on sale, at price that was above comps in the neighborhood and 5 days later sold it for $20k above asking price. A big part of why it sold so quickly is the house showed beautifully, best looking house on the street from the front. Great paint job, price was fair and dealing with Jeremiah was easy.
