They arrived on time as promised after I arranged an appointment. Both Kyle and his coworker were kind and well-mannered. They investigated the issues we were encountering after taking a look around the house. They also dealt with the issues. I was quite impressed. They spent approximately an hour on my initial session and were extremely thorough. I'm very glad we made the transition to them. I've lived in the same home, in far North Arlington, for 19 years and I have had a squirrel issue that has been getting worse with each year. I've made so many attempts to work with the fact that they destroy my home and make nests inside my attic and areas I cannot access. I am in a heavily wooded area and my two-story home is on a steep hill and very difficult to work on. I have sought professional help in the past and I've not been happy with the outcome. This year, things got out of control. The squirrels damaged my roof, my soffits, and my gutters. Their point of entry was where the power lines come into the second story and it was too much for me to address, myself. After I found a squirrel in the kitchen cabinets, I had a come-to-J moment and decided that I needed to resolve this issue, at all costs. After asking for references on FB and Next-door, I was led to Results LLC. They came out and gave me a free quote and they went to work the very next day. I cannot explain how thorough these guys were. They put up traps, addressed my roof damage, repaired soffits, and completely rectified my infestation. They were here for days, and they had a challenge in finding matching roof tiles to integrate into my 1977 Spanish tile. But they were able to source the exact tiles & fully fixed all of my issues - 100%. I chose to spend a substantial amount of $$ over the cost of the quote, in order to obtain a three-year warranty that will bring these guys back out at the drop of a dime (that's a Phone Call for you millennials...). That warranty was optional and there wasn't any pressure to purchase it. I made that decision based on the wonderful work they've performed. I have no worries that these guys will honor their warranty, based on thoroughness of their work. I couldn't be happier with the integrity of their work and the "Results" speak for themselves. Wish there were more companies with this type of ethic. Couldn't speak higher of these guys!

Months ago, someone from the company rang the doorbell while I was on a work call. He briefly mentioned that we could contact them if we wanted to continue the service. I meant to follow up, but with no written notice, no phone call, and no additional outreach, it slipped my mind. Today, a technician returned and repossessed the equipment. He rang the bell once (again while I was on a call), then entered the yard and began removing bait stations without speaking to anyone or receiving permission. The lawn was damaged in the process. No notice was left behind, and when I called to ask what happened, the company didn't take any responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Since that brief and unclear interaction months ago, we've hired a competitor mosquito control service--and the difference was immediate. The new provider communicated clearly, respected our property, and acted professionally from start to finish. It was a stark contrast that confirmed we made the right decision not to continue with this company. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for your home, do not use this company. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer experience speak for themselves.

Needed a pest exterminator to a house that we just moved into.So we where quoted $175 for inside…read moreand outside the house and if more was needed it would be more so I agreed .dfw best pest agrees to come the day after Labor Day between 9-10 so that Tuesday I waited and waited set my day back for him to come to the house and never received a call so almost close to 12 I called stating that we where waiting and he says "oh yea , I'll be right over" (idk if he forgot) , but as a business that should be put in the books scheduled or something . .however when he arrives he only did the exterior and sprayed the living room carpet and that's it for $230.. min of the inside of the actual house was done and he assured me he would be back that same night to finish and apologized. He never came and I called him and he said he would schedule me the next day at 10 am to finish (for Thursday , mind you the service was done on Tuesday') .
