Saturday September 18, I called about an item that appeared on my charge card from this store that…read moreI did not recognize. The woman who answered the phone (she does not deserve to be called a lady) could not have been ruder. Not only that, but it took three calls to get the phone answered. When she finally did answer, during the course of the conversation, she admitted to me it was a slow morning, which makes me wonder what she was doing that she couldn't answer the phone. In trying to get to the bottom of the matter, she became impatient and hung up on me. I called back 2 times, and she ignored my calls and did not answer. What she did say, is that she had several calls like mine that morning. I did get to the bottom of it and would have called her as a courtesy with an explanation so she would know as a help to other such callers and herself, but didn't bother. (Why should I?) AVOID THIS UPS STORE unless, of course, you don't mind or enjoy rude treatment.
