I ran to Mems Wearhouse and met the sale associate, Big Al. He graciously agreed to help me out. I spied a nice pair of blue pants and asked him to help me build an outfit around them. He quickly went to work and gave me several options along with his input. After about 20 minutes or so, we had a winner. My date was really impressed and blown away by the effort I put into the date. She snapped the attached photo and later framed it in her bedroom. I asked her that night if she'd do me the honor of being my girlfriend and she just responded with "there's no way I can even say no!" Not saying it was just the outfit, but it definitely helped. The food court is pretty large with a variety of places to choose from. You will find something to eat here, there are a lot of places. There's also a Target which is super convenient! I love malls with Targets, it saves you an extra trip. The prices here felt a little lower than the Bay Area, CA. I went to JC Penny and found some nice things and the cashier lady even helped me get a coupon online to save a little extra cash. All the people I interacted with here were friendly. All the stores were out together and well stocked. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom, I can even say I have a Nordstrom shopping problem. This Nordstrom is very underwhelming. There is not a whole lot of selection for women and I was bummed. I was looking to see if they had some items I saw online and they did not. Anyway, they seem to have a wide selection of clothing for men, women and children, and smaller selections of electronics and household goods. Prices seem to be quite good, although do check any clothes you're thinking of buying thoroughly for defects. Gabe's sources their goods from closeouts, liquidations and odd lots, so not everything will be in perfect condition. Service seemed pretty good, although the checkout line does get slow at times.
