Good: Friendly, Quality Work Bad: No website…read moreOverall: Would recommend I was in my front yard attempting to remove grass from my flower bed to meet the requirements of my HOA when I saw 2 guys mowing and edging the house across the street. I walked over to ask how much it would cost to have them mow my yard. I was told that he would need to see the yard to provide an estimate. I walked him through and he told me $30/weekly or $40/bi-weekly. The price is approximately what I expect given other prices I've seen. I was told that for $30/weekly he would mow, edge, fertilize, and provide pest control. I've come to despise working in the yard during Texas summers, so I decided to take him up on his weekly offer. I am typically skeptical of paying someone for a service I can do myself. It seems lazy and a waste of money. However, I left to run an errand and when I returned I was impressed by the quality of his work. I don't have the patience or knowledge to make my yard look as impressive as it did when he was done. The only drawback I could identify is that there is no website or email address. It seems that these 2 gentlemen are running a small business where they advertise with a business card. While this limits the form of communication, I sent a text to thank them for their work and to ask about the bushes. It did not appear that the bushes were trimmed, so I asked if it is possible they forgot and to just ask if he could address it next week if he did forget. He replied promptly. If you are interested in lawn service, I would recommend Tony and his partner. Since the barrier to entry is low, there are likely many service providers. I cannot speak to the quality of work by others, but I can tell you that I was impressed with Tony's work.

Did not respond to inquiries or messages. I honestly don't think they're in business anymore.read more

It almost felt like you walked into your grandmas house, but nicer, LOL! We ordered the pistachio cream cold brew and the seasonal berry matcha. Both were very good! The berry cream on the matcha was to die for! They also had sandwich's and pastries, but we didn't try any this time. We plan to be back though to try! Overall, very good drinks and friendly service. Tip: they also have a drive thru for those who need to turn and burn.

The light wood floors, soft colors, hanging plants, and curated furniture make it feel like a cross between a boutique café and a really pretty living room. The staff has always been kind and friendly the first time I had a lot of questions and the gentleman working was patient and helpful! Very appreciative! There's art for sale throughout the space, a little bookshelf you can borrow from, and even a private room you can reserve for meetings. Their bathrooms are honestly beautiful too (yes, I notice these things ). You can tell so much love and detail went into creating this environment. My drink recs: * Honey Cinnamon Latte (warm, comforting, perfectly sweet) * Blueberry Chai Latte (so unique + SO good) * Caramel Macchiato w/ an extra shot (sweet, strong, and absolutely amazing -- the perfect balance ) All are 10/10 and worth coming back for alone. The food menu is also great quality, fresh, and just as thoughtful as the drinks. This place is perfect for: Working remotely or studying Coffee dates Meetings A cozy solo moment to read and reset I love discovering places that feel like a second home, and George's Coffee @ 121 is definitely one of them. If you're in the area, go you'll understand.
