I called asking if they had availability the next day, had to wait until the following morning, and was promptly greeted by Ethan who rekeyed the front and back doors, and then ordered the deadbolt replacement. He provided all keys ordered and said he would invoice once he'd finished installing the deadbolt. All in, three locks and 6 keys was just around $200. The amount quoted me did not include $69.00 service fee and did not include their 6% charge card fee (double the 3% fee most other vendors add). I was asked to pay without seeing an invoice in writing, received said invoice via email after my account was charged. I sent an email request for at least the service charge to be refunded and I would eat the double charge card fee. No response whatsoever. I did have a better price on the key but not the fob.
