I needed my house locks changed. I called asking if they had availability the next day, had to wait until the following morning, and was promptly greeted by Ethan who rekeyed the front and back doors, and then ordered the deadbolt replacement. He provided all keys ordered and said he would invoice once he'd finished installing the deadbolt. All in, three locks and 6 keys was just around $200. Within a couple of days the part came in and Ethan finished up the job. I won't hesitate to call them for all future service needs. Thanks for the considerate service and great experience!

I knew the moment I shut my car door that I had locked my keys in the car. So, I climbed on Yelp and began checking out options. I saw Unlock Indy and the mostly positive reviews. I read the reviews including one from Dani, a fellow Yelp Elite whose vibes I generally trust. I called. Quick pick-up. Pretty casual. He was going to text me and I would text back the address. He did very quickly and I texted back. He said he'd be by in about 15-20 minutes. He made it in right about 20 minutes. I'd figured it would be a quick job and it was a quick job. He got in my car, saw the keys, and we were good to go. We had a fair price, not really a great price but a fair one, and he was able to accept cash, credit card, Venmo, or CashApp. I was having trouble getting into my Venmo (you could tell credit card was a bit more of a hassle, but we decided to go that route). He used Square and I got a text receipt confirming my payment. As much as I always hate to spend a decent amount for such an easy job, the truth is he couldn't have been much better. He arrived on time, got the job done, charged a fair price, was friendly, and the problem was ultimately solved. So yeah, I would definitely use again.

Plus, our storm door was slightly lopsided, meaning the deadbolt didn't fit properly through the hole in the frame. Jan was able to enlarge the hole and get our storm door locking correctly! I called Kash and talked with Melanie - she asked a ton of questions about the car, the type of fob, etc to make sure they came out with the right tools for the job. We made an appointment for the next day. Melanie called to let me know he was on his way, he was on time and my dog, who is generally mistrustful of men, ran right up to him. I knew then we were dealing with a genuinely good man. He's been at this forever - it took a while for him to get into the car and then a while to program the new fob - he said sometimes the technology works great and with some cars it struggles. Her battery was also low so he jumped her car and 90 minutes later she was back in business. He was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and the back office support with questions and scheduling was great. Highly recommend!

I drove up there, and the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed by me walking in the door. She gave me a price of 50 bucks to make the key, 100 for the key fob, but then Immediately told me she can't make key due to not having the vehicle on site. I then drive to my shop, pick up the car, drive back and park in front of store in the shade just trying to be nice. Then I was told to pull into a parking space. I then proceeded to pull into a parking space, got out and waited for the lady to approach me, but I assume That I parked in the wrong parking space, because she motioned me to pull into a different space. At this point I'm playing musical parking spots, and will never beg a company to take my money.
