I used LV Process and Investigations twice and would use them again. The first time I used them,…read morethey notified me that the paperwork didn't have the official clerk's stamp and wouldn't serve it without it. I mistakenly filed the cover letter and complaint as one document, so only the cover letter had the clerk's stamp. The statute of limitations deadline was the next day, so even though I could still have served the defendants late by filing my complaint on time, their recognition that I didn't have the clerk's stamp enabled me to serve them on time! Therefore, I appreciated their keen eye and knowledge of the proper way to serve someone! The second time I used them, I thought my flash drive had been stolen (fortunately, I found it later), so Jenice allowed me to come to her home so she could scan the documents. She was friendly and organized, and since my order was delayed, they expedited my delivery. LV Process and Investigations offer competitive pricing, and since I had two excellent experiences with them and their staff, I would use them again! I highly recommend them! **Complaint and Request for $130 Refund**…read more I am requesting the full **$130 refund** I paid Legal Wings for four attempts to serve my husband. Before service began, I provided extensive information to assist with successful service, including **pictures of the defendant and his girlfriend, his vehicle description, license plate number, and the specific timeframe when he was most likely to be located**. I explained that attempting service during that timeframe would provide the best opportunity for success. After payment, I was told that additional fees would be required for reasonable efforts such as checking whether the defendant's vehicle was in the parking lot or attempting service during the timeframe I provided. **These additional charges were not disclosed to me upfront.** When I questioned how I could verify that the attempts were actually being made, I felt the company became defensive rather than providing a satisfactory explanation. I ultimately had to use another process server, who **successfully served the defendant on August 12, 2026, at approximately 6:30 PM**. Legal Wings offered me a refund, and I am requesting the **full $130 I paid**. Based on my experience and the lack of transparency regarding additional charges and service attempts, I **do not recommend this company**. Please confirm in writing when my full $130 refund has been processed.
