I used LV Process and Investigations twice and would use them again. The first time I used them, they notified me that the paperwork didn't have the official clerk's stamp and wouldn't serve it without it. I mistakenly filed the cover letter and complaint as one document, so only the cover letter had the clerk's stamp. The statute of limitations deadline was the next day, so even though I could still have served the defendants late by filing my complaint on time, their recognition that I didn't have the clerk's stamp enabled me to serve them on time! Therefore, I appreciated their keen eye and knowledge of the proper way to serve someone! The second time I used them, I thought my flash drive had been stolen (fortunately, I found it later), so Jenice allowed me to come to her home so she could scan the documents. She was friendly and organized, and since my order was delayed, they expedited my delivery. LV Process and Investigations offer competitive pricing, and since I had two excellent experiences with them and their staff, I would use them again! I highly recommend them! I hired this company to serve my ex-husband for the termination of his parental rights. Before moving forward, I asked questions via email and was instructed to fill out their contact form, mail my documents priority, and use the provided reference number to pay the fee. They received my documents on April 29th, but I heard nothing. When I followed up, they claimed they hadn't received anything--until I sent them a screenshot of the tracking showing delivery. Then they suddenly said I needed to pay more because there were three separate cases, even though I clearly stated from the start that this involved three children. I spoke with Christina and Genice, who were both extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for their own lack of communication and oversight. My court date is just days away (May 15th), and their mishandling has caused unnecessary stress and delay. Avoid this company at all costs if you want things done professionally and on time. Completely unacceptable service. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor communication from this company. When I submitted my documents, I followed the instructions provided on the contact form, which clearly stated to include the case number--I included all three, as confirmed in your own acceptance email. If separate forms were required for each case, that should have been communicated clearly. I would have had no issue submitting them individually and paying the appropriate fees. This was an important legal matter, and I ensured everything was submitted and paid on time. Your team's oversight and subsequent attempt to blame a "computer error" is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see you shift responsibility rather than admit the mistake and resolve the issue professionally. If your software cannot accurately capture or track submissions, then it's time to upgrade your system. Clients shouldn't suffer due to internal errors. I see some very low reviews, but these do NOT reflect my experience with LV Process & Investigations. I needed to use them to serve my brother who is incapacitated in an acute care facility. Despite all the roadblocks put up by the facility LV Processing worked with me to ensure I was able to serve the court papers, based on Nevada State Court directions. I was so pleased I am using them again for some paperwork required by the Veterans Administration. With this new request I need an independent person to take my brothers fingerprint, and have two witness attest the thumb print is his. This was an out of the box request that Christina helped me set up. Being out of state with no friends or relatives in Las Vegas has made helping my incapacitated brother very difficult, but with LV Processing's excellent service I have been able to accomplish what I need to care for my brother and his finances. read more

In summary, LV Process and Investigations failed to meet My lowest expectations and because those standards are quite low you will never reach my highest satisfaction even with a little bit of muscle effort or true honest integrity and a murky mirror of transparency more than $400 later added up to nothing but disappointment, and a summons left unserved. The truth is I'm the little blood flesh in man not the big corporate enterprise toting around ethical problems of their own conflicting practices and receiving all the favoritism. Their lack of effort in locating the individual for service is disheartening and um unnecessary burden of expense and it's even more frustrating when I paid for extra help for skip trace service and that should have helped Ashley locate the individual, but it seems that they fell short either by their own 20/20 hindsight or their hindsight 20/20. They promised four attempts but who knows they maybe only gave 1 1/2 either way It's not acceptable that I've wasted resources and expenditures with this agency when I probably would have been better off finding somebody else because it's clear this agency is just running another racket and the rest of the state of Nevada. read more

While the customer service was excellent at first, when a more complicated job was accepted by this company it turned into a nightmare. Needed to serve the Attorney General, after a couple of weeks of nonsense, finally was able to obtain the Affidavit with errors in it. The errors were fixed but the actual service was never completed. Instead of properly serving the Attorney General's office, Mrs Christina continued to lie that "Courtesy Copies" marked on the document instead of "Service" was the same thing. It is not. After getting the same runaround, she insisted on filing the incorrect document in my court case which I numerously stated I do not want to happen as the Affidavit is incorrect and should not be filed. I tried to work with Christina, asked if the service could be attempted properly but was refused and finally given a refund. In the refund email, she decided it was a good idea to say something nasty "You cannot file this affidavit and I will notify the court it has not been paid for." Excuse me? I just told you numerous times that it cannot be filed as it is incorrect and yet you choose to take a stab at me for catching you in your own lies. If you need a simple serve on a single party, this company might work for you. If you need anything more, run elsewhere. read more

I needed to serve a complaint. This company couldn't find the individual at the last known address so I asked them to dig deeper. They dug up a lot of information for me and was able to get an address in another county. Rather than charge me another more expensive fee, they suggested to contact the sheriff's office in the county to have them service the complaint. The defendant might be more amenable to responding to an officer than just a process server. They were spot on and the person was quickly served. I can't recommend this company enough. read more

LV Process is the company all other companies need to try to be like. Genice, the owner, is always there to help and make sure you have perfect service, both customer and legal. I brought LV Process into my last law firm because the company that was doing our court runs and service was taking months to get the filed complaints and finished service back to us. So we hired Genice. I have since left that law firm and at my new law firm they were using another company. It wasnt a bad company but since I know Genice and know her work I knew it would be way better to have Genice and LV Process doing the work. I finally was able to bring her into my new law firm and everyone goes around and raves as much as I do about LV Process and the work they do. I HIGHLY recommend LV Process for any work that they are able to do. We had defendants that our old company couldn't find and we call Genice at LV Process and she found the defendant and was able to serve them in two days where the other company had it for 3 months and couldn't find the defendant. If they cant find someone that person isnt being found. LV Process is extremely quick at getting the paperwork back to. The paperwork is correct and ready to be filed, if need be. read more
