Terrible experience in a few interactions with Dino Mazzorato who was the lawyer who managed the…read moresale for the seller of my home. Many steps along the way of buying my new home, there were ups and downs. Some are expected. But the obstacles caused by Mr. Mazzorato during the selling & buying process was completely unnecessary, unprofessional and caused so much stress and extra time and work for everyone else involved. Mr. Mazzorato's paperwork for the Closing Day had incorrect calculations. And when my lawyer worked hard to get a hold of him and his office to correct the numbers -- he was MIA and incredibly difficult to get in touch with. And then weeks after I closed, and moved in -- I received my first property tax letter from the town. In the letter, I found out that he had not paid the balance for property tax as outlined in our signed contracts. I then had to again call my lawyer to chase him to correct the situation. He remained unresponsive until I called the seller directly and the seller reached Mr. Mazzorato instead. It was only then that Mr. Mazzorato responded to my lawyer.
