It was the week before Christmas and some of their employees had the flu, yet they rebuilt the ad, made it into a 48"x30" metal sign and had it ready for pick up the Friday before Christmas. Being that it is so large (and my car is small), I asked my husband if we could stop by Bastrop Signs on our way to lunch. As promised, it was waiting in front of their shop as they had closed early for Christmas. The surprised look on his face told me everything. He even said it may be the most thoughtful Christmas gift he has ever received. So how can I thank Bastrop Signs -- in particular my representative Matt? I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

I hate putting vendors in a bind, but Angelo saw the vision and delivered exactly what I needed with a quick turnaround time. I also needed help with sourcing envelopes and since the invites he created were custom sized, he guided me on an easy Amazon option. While the website can be a bit confusing to navigate, knowing what I know now, I recommend giving Angelo a call or coming into the office. Sometimes, doing things in person is much more efficient than doing things online.
