There are several levels of car washes you can pick from but I usually pick the "Royale" which is the highest one you get for $14. You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. After your wash, they have a self-serve area where you are able to vacuum/clean out the interior of your car. This part is where I'd say deserves the 5 stars. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. Plus the self-serve area is well shaded and protects you from the heat especially in the summer. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a reliable car wash.

Ugh, I really wish I had read the reviews before coming to this carwash. I honestly can't express how terrible the car wash is. They must be using some watered down cheap 99-cent dish soap while spraying a little water around cause instead of actually cleaning any dirt or bird poop, we got new scratches on the side of the car doors. At this point, we're pissed and to make matters worse, half the vacuums are broken or barely working. Clearly, the business was ripping people off by tricking them into paying full price for a half washed car. Meanwhile, a very angry manager yelled at customers who were vacuuming, telling them to hurry up and leave. Wtf, we were completely horrified watching him throw a bitch fit, blaming customers and claiming the vacuum's breakage was their fault. That's just insane, maybe if they put some of that "TLC" into their vacuums, this wouldn't be such a huge problem in the first place. Having no choice, we just left with our car still dripping wet and without vacuuming cause we had already wasted too much time there. It was a horrible experience and this car wash business doesn't even deserve one star, ZERO STARS. Definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. If I was a younger person, that would've made me freak out and possibly cry. Be better.

While going through the wash, my rearview mirror cover flew off, bounced on my roof, hit the ground, and ended up broken and scratched. I immediately reported it to the cashier (Fernando), who promised the manager would call me Monday (this happened Sunday, Aug 3rd). Guess what? No call. No follow-up. No accountability. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

Fortunately, there's a television there which is typically playing sports to help you pass the time. After a few minutes you step outside to check on your car. They seem to get quite busy as cars seem to get backed up and are waiting to be dried and have their interior cleaned. The attendant calls you to let you know your car is ready. Once complete you provide a tip and you're on your way. This is a basic carwash, with ok service. The prices are affordable and the location is interesting.

To start off I wasn't completely happy paying $30 to get the truck cleaned but he promised the truck would look terrific when it was done. I fully believed him. When it was done, Afterwards, there was still bird poop on the hood , dirty windows and mud all over the bumper, I went in and just asked for it to be re-washed. He went nuts. You would think I asked for something out of the ordinary. I just wanted my truck cleaned. I don't mind spending money to get my truck washed, but they advertise $15. I was expecting to pay maybe 20 for a basic wash. I paid $30 and my truck wasn't even clean.! he told me never to come back wash my truck at home and we will!!!
