I had asked for a quote for laundry, living room, 2 rooms, & 2 bathrooms. $105 then you said it was $30 to add laundry.... Ok...you must have misunderstood - I won't hold it against you. $135. By the time you get there my roommate has to leave because it wasn't set up for 11; so it's reduced from 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms to one room and one bathroom; when the man enters the home he says $180. I was flabbergasted & shocked. Less rooms, I had done my laundry, & gathered everything I could in 4 hours I was waiting for them. We settled on $150 as I had lost my whole day and didn't want to lose yet another day waiting for a cleaner. My dog is fully vaccinated & weighs 9lbs; I would have taken care of any sort of bite if it had happened. He is also 12 years old and has weak teeth that he can barely eat with. We have cameras all over the home and at no point did you mention any of that, especially, the blood, so I think that is very important to note that it's only in response to my review to discredit me. Very interesting. You were in my home to check up on the work done for about 15 min after the cleaner was done; where I sent the money to the man & nothing was said then either, interesting. You two where even wanting to schedule a follow up which I did think about but wanted to hold off as it was for carpet cleaning & I only rent. The issue today was that instead of receiving two workers as promised for a 2000 sq ft house, only one worker was available to do the job. It was literally her first day with this company. She was given limited and broken supplies to complete a job without any assistance or direction. This also caused a delay in starting and finishing on time. I had explained to the owner the day before that I had an appt at 2pm. The job was not satisfactory, because she didn't have the resources she needed. I ended up giving her my supplies so that she could do the job she was hired for. It was a bit chaotic and a waste of my time with many interruptions while I tried to work in my home office. That's said, I think this company probably has potential once they get organized and have the needed supplies or at least walk their new employees through their process.
