Very disappointed in your employee. I brought in a pair of jeans 1 month ago, charged $8 for minor patching. Today I brought in another pair with the same exact request for patching. she wanted $20 and refused to believe I was charged $8 for the original work even though I gave her the receipt number, my phone number and brought in the previous jeans patching to show her. She just kept repeating "impossible, impossible, impossible". If she simply didn't want to honor the previous months charge, she could have said that, but she lied by saying it was impossible the first pair was patched for $8. I had the evidence with me. First time visit was a disaster. I requested wash & press for 3 men's shirts and was charged for dry cleaning. Interior advertisements say they dry clean leather. Service is pre-paid so I go back for pick up and there's a note saying they don't clean leather. Why wouldn't the operator tell me up front? Initially I was offered a credit but reconsidered since straightforward requests for wash & press weren't followed. Very very disappointed. Just moved to the area and was so thrilled to have this cleaners and alternations business so closeby since my daughter and I are both very short and need everything altered! I finish work at 3 and my daughter gets out of school at 3:15pm so we went in with several items to get altered at 3:30pm and was informed they only do alterations until 2:30pm. Huh? We don't live in a place where people normally siesta so I've never heard of a business that doesn't offer one of their main services after 2:30pm. So unfortunate as they just lost a ton of business from us. So just a heads up if you need alterations you have to go early in the day so hopefully you don't work or maybe your kids are homeschooled so you have more flexibility! read more

They did a great job on my comforter. I have a bright white comforter... & my 3 year old wreaked havoc on it with spaghetti and chocolate one evening. I didn't have time to bring it right away, & I was worried the stain would set and not come out completely. Well, even days after said spaghetti-chocolate event, they were able to get the stains out COMPLETELY, and my comforter is once again like new. The woman I dropped off with was friendly and professional. The woman I picked up from didn't rush to stop what she was doing when I came in, nor was she very friendly. I wanted to like this place as it's close to my pad. However more then once they charged me an absorbent amount for having PET HAIR on my clothes. Not a lot of pet hair either. I've never been charged for this and I'm 50 and have had pets for 30 years of my life. Never in NYC, LA or here in Vegas. It's like they have something against animals. These people are not honest. For months my wife has been bringing our clothes here. At the counter we separate that which says "wash" on the tag from that which says "dry clean." They don't give you the total, in advance, in fact, they never had which is our bad for not asking. What we discovered, today, is that they would then dry clean everything, regardless of what the tags says, and charge us the higher amount. They also charge more if the shirt has buttons ($3.99) but if you give them two, they charge $1.99 each. But there is a trick there as well. If your shirt is considered a "nice" brand, in this case Alfani, they disregard the policy of two for $1.99 and charge you $3.99 for each, even if the other shirt is cheap. If we were talking about Versace, I get it. Alfani is the Macy's house brand. The pricing model is dishonest and we will never do business with these people again. I recommend you audit your receipts or ask for the price when you drop off your clothes and get it in writing. read more

After failing to secure a tailor during the crazy busy prom season, my dress needed several inches hemmed and we were out of town until the week of prom. We decided to drive to Crystal Cleaners and spoke with Susan, who did an incredible job at hemming my dress. It was a last minute rush job but Susan managed to make my dress look perfect in time for prom. So grateful for Harry and Susan and their friendliness towards us. Everything from designer pieces to furs to mens dress shirts. It isn't the fanciest place, however it is a straight down to business we get the job done type of place. Which is what I prefer.. cant stand a business that has a upscale lobby, and treats people like they are privileged to be in their establishment. I was told by Europin that I would lose the border of my dress if she was to shorten the length for me. Crystal Cleaners was able to keep the border and the dress looks amazing. It was not an expensive dress.. but it is one of a kind. I knew with a few alterations the dress would be stunning and thanks to Crystal Cleaners it now is. Crystal Cleaners service was fast friendly and more than affordable. The place has that little hole in wall feel to it. The kind of place you didn't know was there until you did. It is a busy place but that does not show in their work or their turn over time. My dress was done in a week.. and as I said before the price was more than reasonable.
