EVERYONE was so amazed at how beautiful everything was, the decorations! Blanca is the most amazing owner! You can tell she loves what she does and wants you to have the most amazing experience she is on top of everything, doesn't miss a beat! We signed the contract with Marisol and she is also amazing! Asks you everything you want and expect and she makes it happen! I was expecting less as it is an all included package, which A LOT of event venues in San Diego county don't have! They went above and beyond my expectations! Even seeing the venue semi decorated throughout our appointments, did not prepare me for what they had in store for us! My daughter was not 100% sure on her initial choice for decorations and Marisol made sure to set us up for a second appointment so she can be certain she would not regret her initial decision! Marisol listened to my daughter, every single thing she said she would help her make it happen and Jackie was also very sweet and attentive letting her know she could switch the decoration choices as many times as she needed so she can be 100% sure of her decision of table set up. Not once did either of them seem bothered, they both were so calm and relaxed doing what my daughter was asking. We also had an assistant helping us throughout the night, Mario! He had our backs, which helped me so much to not be stressed throughout the whole event! From my 8 year old daughter asking her if she needed anything, food, snacks, water, a drink. Helping me have glow sticks, light up head bands, light up glasses ready for the guests to just start partying. Ensuring my 15 year old (party girl), my 20 year old and my husband had exactly what they needed at all times. He was so efficient, had so much attention to detail helping me get goodies prepared for my daughter to pass around. Mario was truly the person that with the rest of the team made everything a dream come true and so stress free! Thank you Blanca, Marisol, Mario, and Jackie for making my daughter's Dream Quinceañera come to life! I am beyond happy and blessed to have chosen this event space for her quinceañera. We had gone to so many and all of them kept trying to rush us to sign a contract Marisol was the only one that told us we did not have to book right then and there. It was morning, around 8am-ish, and there were no posted signs indicating that the patio was closed. I ended up back in front of Trident Coffee with my iced Americano. Not sure why it was such a big deal that the "patio was closed" when I was the only person on the patio, there was no sign indicating is was closed, and it was quite early in the morning. So, if you order coffee from Trident, think twice before hanging out on Bikeway Village's huge patio to enjoy your coffee while looking at the morning view. Apparently, that's not okay to do (until the other shops open, I guess?) and I was somehow supposed to know to steer clear of the patio. Kudos to Trident Coffee, though. Our instructor, Emeli, was amazing, she made everyone feel like a true artist, no matter their skill level. We did experience a small hiccup when we first arrived due to a system glitch that wasn't the hotel's fault, but Aaliyah and the manager, Hammie, went above and beyond to take care of us and make everything right. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. From the friendly staff and great accommodations to the beautiful views and unforgettable experiences, this resort made my birthday so special. I can't wait to come back for another stay.
