It's fun to be in a gaming environment, all set up to play with friend(s). The internet was fast, the computers were new, and it was pretty straightforward to connect to my steam account. A lot of the crowds there are for the tons of restaurants in the center. But once you battle parking lot fiasco for a parking spot (seriously if you can walk to this place - absolutely do it) and make your way upstairs to the gaming center it's awesome. You're greeted by the friendliest staff. They get you checked in and assign you to a PC. You can buy a package for a specific amount of game time and some packages come with a drink that has free refills. I usually get my kids 2 hrs of game time each and what you don't use, stays in your account and you use it up during your next visit. The equipment is always clean and everything seems up to date and modern. There are tables and chairs for those not gaming or just there to watch their kids. They sell snacks and drinks as well. Their bathrooms are kept clean and stocked up. They also have a couple of private rooms for parties. Check the calendar bc they host a ton of tournaments.

If you approach them with claims of harassment, you will be ignored. If you aren't one of their close friends, you will be ignored. If you punch a hole in the wall of the building and sexually harass people, though, you will be welcomed with open arms at LanDiego. As for the venue itself, it violates fire-safety codes on a weekly basis. It is much too cramped and the business owners alienate potential customers with their refusal to communicate. Several tournament organisers have left this building in the last year due to the mediocre location and incompetent staff. Steer clear of LanDiego for your gaming needs. Unless you want to be heckled, harassed, or have controllers thrown in your general direction.

The mini golf is different. It is neon glow style and you can play with 3-D glasses but we didn't play with them. There are 9 holes with the last one being a ball collector so make sure you only use this when you are done. We may have played through a few times to get our moneys worth. Most of the games are a dollar or more per play which is hard for me as I am older and remember when games were a lot less but those are the times. We still had fun and will likely be back. We got a few tickets, around 2,000 but as typically we were not able to get much with our tickets. They do have a lot of options but just not much we were interested in.
