The website is extremely easy to navigate, and very useful for existing members. Booking private classes, requesting a schedule change for group classes, managing billings can all handled online. TL;DR: Coach Josh and Jialiu at Kung Fu Infinity are a knowledgeable, patient, and caring duo. The class schedule provides many options and times to train. You'll enjoy training here! Our first interaction with Coach Josh and Jialiu was during a free trial class for our 3yo son. We wanted to see how our son would like the Little Panda class. He had just turned 3 and it was his first time taking any type of group class. He didn't really follow directions, but he had a great time! Honestly, he was just too young to really follow along. Despite my son's lack of direction, Coach Josh was so patient with him and the other children. Jialiu encouraged us to try again at a later time when he would be more receptive to that environment. My husband and I were very appreciative that instead of trying to sell a membership, they were more concerned about our son getting the most out of the class. This showed us that they truly value their relationship with their students. Ever since that first class, my son keeps asking when he can go back. This interaction got me more interested in taking classes. Unfortunately, my schedule didn't allow for the group classes and I would have to do private lessons. I sent several emails asking about scheduling private lessons, if I could switch between that and the group classes, frequency to attend, uniform - long story short, I had a lot of questions. Coach Josh and Jialiu were very quick to respond and provided very detailed replies. As a project manager, this was a very good sign. I have never taken any martial arts classes before, so I was starting from scratch. Coach Josh has been very patient with me during my lessons. Woah, maybe we came on a bad day but I am shocked by all these 5 star reviews. We came in today for a trial and the instructor was so terribly rude. Both my kids ran out crying in the first ten minutes. First kid because I wasn't allowed inside for even a moment to help him transition into his first class. My second kid after ten minutes sobbing because she got hurt after the instructor kept telling her she was doing everything wrong and harping on her to do the splits! This is a class for 4-6 year olds, not military boot camp. No need to be so unwelcoming and abrasive. A parent outside said they avoid Saturdays because that instructor is also very rude and asked their child to leave the school because he didn't fit in with other kids who were sitting still....in a martial arts class for 4 year olds!? I appreciate the Covid mitigation strategies which is what made us give them a try but the first few minutes were enough to make us never want to come back. read more
