The owner, Josh, personally came out to do our bid for landscaping cleanup, lawn care, bush/tree trimming, etc. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel instantly like we were in good hands. He was able to schedule members of his team to come out and complete the work in less than a week and he personally called to confirm all requested services the day before. Josh's crew (I forget the two gentlemen's names) were so attentive and knowledgeable. My yard was a wreck, but they patiently walked me through everything they intended to do. Went to work and came home to PERFECTION!! So incredibly happy with the results. BTW: After I got our initial quote from Josh, I called around. I actually called 17 different lawn care/landscaping companies in Spokane and Spokane Valley. None of them acted as if they even cared about getting my business. Similar pricing but most were either booked out 3 months (it's late August....so.... not sure what you'd intend to do for us in the winter...) or too busy to accept new customers. PSA: Don't waste your time calling any other companies in Spokane. Pacific Lawn Maintenance is hands down the best. We'll be sticking with them as long as we own this property.

I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I was even able to speak with the boss on the job and ask to remove some additional trees we wanted done last minute, which was no problem and the additional cost was very reasonable as well. I am amazed with this team's knowledge and efficiency. The whole crew definitely knew what they were doing. I was glad to refer them to my friends who saw they work they had completed for us, and they ended up hiring All Seasons Tree Service for their tree removals too. So far I've received nothing but compliments about how our property looks now that the trees are gone. Without a doubt, very respectful and great workmanship. This company was trimming a tree in my neighbor yard yesterday, not my yard. However, they thought…read moreit was okay to throw the limbs and debris into my manicured backyard and onto my fence. It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. I know because I had just finished raking it two days before.
